Property Ratings at Hines Park
This place is poor because rent would increase randomly, carrier bugs , only one washer and dryer majority of times they didn’t work at all. Maintenance is terrible often times my shower would break and maintenance would leave my appliances running such as water for days causing mold in the bathroom . Very unprofessional over all
The Staff @Hines Park Apts are Highly Professional,Kind, Extremely warm hearted employees that get the requested jobs Completed in a Timely Manner.
Nice location and pretty quiet. Maintenance when we started out was fast as long as you call it in. Now it is taking some time. The doors don't shut properly and had even more problems with the doors. Had maintenance come out multiple times but they said they can't fix it. My neighbors have the same problem. Be careful with the closet doors as well because they are very sensitive. They keep the hallways clean. The snow removal is decent but they should put more salt down in the actual parking lot. Management is decent. Only problem I had with them is that when we were renuing the lease and switching roommates they had us sign the wrong paperwork and didn't tell us until the day it was due and still made us pay a one month payment (which is 40$ more than regular year lease) because it wasn't completed in time because of their mistake. Only reasons why we are leaving after 2 years is because of a new house and they raised the rent $40 but their online prices only went up $10.

This apartment complex has a nice location, spacious living quarters,and staff is great! The leasing agent was a very informative and helpful from A to Z, I even had the pleasure of meeting some of the maintenance staff which was a plus, I look forward to making Hines Park my new home!
