Mountain View North is a small neighborhood located about ten miles northeast of Downtown El Paso. The neighborhood sits against the western boundary of Fort Bliss, so it’s a great choice for military employees and families who want to live close to base. Residents have access to several schools, skate parks, and Nations Tobin Park, which has sports facilities and a pool. Mountain View North is mainly residential, but there are multiple restaurants and shopping plazas nearby. Similar to many neighborhoods in El Paso, renters are attracted to Mountain View North’s affordability. There are a variety of ranch-style houses and modern apartments available for rent. Along with Route 54 nearby, El Paso's public transit system gets residents to and from downtown quickly.

I’ve found these apartments to be very comfortable for myself and my pet! Very green and walking friendly, all the neighbors and management has been very welcoming and helpful when it comes to needing any assistance. Definitely recommend.
I lived here for a little under two years. No complaints at all. Comfy, clean and management is GREAT! The 2 issues that happened with my apartment was fixed almost immediately. and was left like if it never happened! Quiet and safe location. neighbors are respectful and friendly. I literally cant say it enough, GREAT LOACATION!!! When I left the apartment, i had no issues at all. Excellent experience.
A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. Great location with a welled maintained pool area and convenient laundry areas. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else. The Location is minutes from stores for your everyday shopping activities.
We have been living here at Hilton Apartments for 7 years, and we have been living very happy over these 7 years, we have never had any problems in these Apartments . The staff here are great they will always greet you with a smile. When ever our Apartment needs a repair, they are always there.
Very affordable place! Great view of mountains in the distance and close to many stores/restaurants/etc. Great place for military! We were luckily able to break the lease with no trouble, they were very understanding. overall a great place (would definitely recommend).
This is our first time renting and we love this place! You always hear horror stories from people that are renting but the owners, office and maintenance are awesome. You can tell that they really care about all the tenants.

My husband and I recently moved into our new apartment here at Hilton Place and we love it here! The lady in the office is such a sweetheart, and helpful! This is a smooth and calmed place to live in! We are so please with the Management. Thanks Hilton Place for making this place our home.
This is my first time renting an apartment but needless to say the staff here set the tone for being friendly, professional and caring. Being active duty military, it's close to the base so it makes it that much easier to get to work everyday. Also note that unlike other apartment organizations, the owner works hard alongside the other staff to bring the experience of comfort to the residents. Which is hard to say that about other places because it shows how much care goes into the comfort of the ones who reside here. Highly Recommend!!
My husband & I have been living in these apartments for about a year now. We are absolutely happy with the choice we've made to move in. We immediately noticed how delighted the staff wanted us to move in and be a part of the Hilton Community. We feel very safe, being that we are a Military family living off post. Friendly environment with many beautiful views and nearby parks and schools. Here at Hilton Place you never have to worry about getting home to dark parking lots nor neighborhood, lighting everywhere once the sun goes down. :) We are 100% comfortable here at Hilton Place and looking forward to staying for a good period of time.
we have lived in these apartment for couple of years, they are very quiet, clean, beautiful apartments. the staff are very professional and courteous. it is close to ft. bliss. we recommend them highly for soldiers and people who need that peace and quiet. we give them the 5 star for not only excellent service but value.
I've lived here for a couple of years and I can honestly say that you can't get better apartments for the money. These apartments are well-kept and run by friendly, courteous, responsible staff. The atmosphere is family-friendly and safe. The maintenance staff has always been helpful and prompt in their response whenever needed. We are definitely glad we found out about these apartments when we did. Highly recommended!!
