An affordable suburb nearing the coast of the Atlantic, Kingsland sits directly north of the Georgia-Florida state line on Saint Mary’s River. Interstate 95 and Ocean Highway travel directly through town taking you north into Savannah or south into Jacksonville. Jacksonville is the closest big city to Kingsland, located approximately 35 miles south of town into the state of Florida. Although residents of Kingsland have easy access to historic towns in Georgia and waterfront cities in Florida, there’s even more to be found without leaving town.
Kingsland is home to the College of Coastal Georgia and good public schools like Camden County High School.
