A charming college town in the suburbs of northeast New Jersey, Little Falls sits along the Passaic River and is the proud home to Montclair State University. I loved my 1br apartment here. It was spacious, well-maintained and the neighborhood is very nice too. I loved having a front and back door, off-street parking and lots of closet space. The cat population kept the area free from rodents and other infestation. Great experience.
The complex has 5-6 stray cats that live inside a hole in one of the buildings. One of the tenants feeds these strays 2-3 times a day so they are constantly around. Management is well aware of the cats and does absolutely nothing about it.
This is a nice place to live. Close to schools, And shopping, Trains and buses,Off the street parking.
