I’m in med school and will be staying at Urban Loft in Jonesboro next year—love the location, the modern vibe, the strong Wi-Fi, and how quiet it is. Can’t recommend the place enough if you are at Astate.

I really enjoy living at Urban Lofts! The amenities are great – the gym is super convenient, and the fireplace adds a cozy touch. One of my favorite things is being so close to everything: movies, The Social, Insomnia Cookies, and Shadrack's are all nearby. It feels safe here, which gives me peace of mind. Overall, it’s a great place to live with a fun and comfortable vibe.

The apartment is amazing and the service is great. This was my first apartment so the ameneties and security was reassuring. The location is also convenient since its close to everything I need and the apartment vomes with a gym. James was a great help when I was first moving in. He is always quick to answer any of my inquiries and address any concerns. The team is amazing. They are always willing to help and keep the property clean and well maintained.

Management has truly made my stay enjoyable by being attentive and responsive to any concerns I’ve had. They go out of their way to keep the community clean, safe, and welcoming. I always feel informed thanks to their clear communication and helpful reminders. Overall, their dedication has made living here stress-free and pleasant.

From the moment I moved in, the team at this apartment complex has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. I’ve lived here part time for about a year. It’s a nicer option for me to stay while I’m in town so I can leave personal items versus getting a hotel each time. The area feels safe and the property managers are very friendly and helpful.

I have lived at Urban Lofts on Canera Drive sine May 2024. No issues. Management keeps the complex very clean. Grateful to not have to worry about anything. Great location as well.

The urban loft is within walking distance of many great places and they have everything you need and more including a gym. They are beautiful and located in a very convenient place.10/10

Landlord is so helpful and fast with every inquiry or issue. So clean and easy to live in. It is my first apartment living away from home and it is the easiest transition ever!
