Property Ratings at Hillside Residences
The apartment itself and the staff are lovely but you can definitely hear a lot from your own apartment. The location is less than ideal with it being across from a sober house and a food drive. Traffic can be insane for such a small off-street, and I am talking about 20-30 cars lining up on a one-way street for a food drive every Saturday and morning on the weekdays. As for the sober house, you can hear conversations at 2 am in the morning if your apartment is facing the street.
I cannot express enough how very wonderful it was to live here. I loved everything about it from the staff to the beauty of Hillside Apartments. When I did have a maintenance request, they were quick to take care of the (minor) issue. The convenience of walking downtown Quincy to get my hair done, do my nails or just sip on a glass of wine, made it a joy to live here. Thank you, Hillside, for making this a home away from home for me. You will be missed.
