We are sad to see you hold such a low perception of our community at this time. If you have any outstanding maintenance concerns, we encourage you to contact our office directly.
This Property is great and so well kept up! The landscaping is beautiful and maintenance responds so quickly to any request. Everyone who works here is super nice. The prices are reasonable and even if you have to wait a few months, it's definitely worth the wait!
Currently it says that there are 2 apartments available. After contacting the property and talking with the property manager this is not true. Currently there is a 15-person waiting list and no estimated time when the next apartment will become available. I reported the listing to the website because this is falsifying information, but it has yet to be taken down.
Horrible apartment complex. Stay away.. The manager running the apartments is very dismissive and often uses gaslighting tactics in response to major issues. Its roaches in these apartments!! STAY AWAY. “Corporate” never answers; so don’t expect any help from them. Don’t let the “ALL NEW” fool you. Save your money and the on going stress and choose something else .. I wish I did !!
SEC.8 was received in past but not now unfortunately, because it met all the wish list, though location is good but not ideal. difficult in getting their response to my ques.'s so w/help they did.
