I really do like this place but the mail room is a shame. That needs to be addressed. The fact that all our packages are exposed really is a game of luck. What happened to the lockers we used to have?
It’s a great place to live. It’s quiet and safe. The maintenance team is top notch. I have thoroughly enjoyed the time I have spent living at Hills Parc.

I really enjoy living at this property. It’s close enough to everything yet far enough away from the city to be relaxing. The property is well maintained and safe. I highly recommend this property.
I love it here ?? Everything including the staff, amenities is amazing! Kudos to Bethany especially she makes everything easy breezy! Been living here for 3 years now and still feels refreshing and calm.
Great apartment certainly it’s very nice and clean the workers are very friendly they have seem to be very communicative as well. The only complaint I have is that the Wi-Fi modem can’t be moved to the living room where I can hard wire it makes things difficult for me even after I asked in the viewing process can I move it I was told yes but that’s wrong

I recently moved in here and I have loved it so far! The apartment complex is beautiful, the apartments themselves are great, and the staff is very friendly and helpful!

A great place to live. It’s convenient to everything, yet quiet and safe. I rarely need maintenance but the few times I have, they have been quick to arrive and very nice. I highly recommend this community!
Overall we have enjoyed living here because of the community and amenities. When we moved in initially and when we moved into a different apartment, I was shocked by how dirty the apartment still was and by how much damage remained to the interior. The various fees and charges can also add more than expected to the already overpriced rental rates.
Nice place to live at. Place stays clean. Amenities are super nice and usually kept up with. Never have any issues. Everyone so nice and helpful!
This is such a classy and relaxed apartment community. I have enjoyed the amenities and the location so much the first year that I decided to renew my lease for another year. Such friendly, prompt and professional maintenance personnel and office staff…just cannot find a better crew anywhere! I have had really nice and courteous neighbors too. I would highly recommend Hills Parc.
The apt needs work and the hallways are always dirty. Aside from that, my kids and I have had a good experience here. The neighbors are friendly and mind their business.
I have loved living here so far! Everyone is so nice and the people working in the office are so kind and helpful! They genuinely care about my comfort and making this place feel like home.
Smooth move in process and apartment is really nice and convenient in the surrounding area. Definitely a little expensive but worth it for convenience.

My move in process was very smooth with very friendly staff and maintenance crew. So far all of the residents have been friendly and the environment is cheerful.
Response from staff to apartment issues has been prompt and thorough. Management is very responsive and we appreciate the updates to the workout rooms and clubhouses.
It's been a good place to be. The price is a little on the high end, but I feel safe and cared for mostly. I wish the painters wouldn't paint door hinges; what a horrible decision, lol. Mail from previous residents fills my mailbox, but it's a minor inconvenience. I like that food trucks come by; it's nice to have place like that to run into neighbors, even if just for a few sentences.
My husband and I moved from a place in East Brainerd that was very nice but had a lot of activity and noise. We enjoy the community here and the quietness. Everyone stays to themselves, and now and then, while walking the dog, you will meet a neighbor! We haven't used the amenities yet, but so far, so good.
Super quiet, comfortable, and everyone is friendly! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment! The amenities are incredible as well.
Where we live, on the side we live they don't clean the hallways and it is dirtier, and the gym is filthy. they only clean the gym once a month so it's a lot of buildup and all of the people on the Hills Parkside have hallways that are filthy dirty with lights that are either filthy or not working
Just graduated from college and moved in at Hills Parc. After touring seven apartment complexes in the Collegedale / Ooltewah / outskirts of Chattanooga area, Hills Parc has been the highest quality with the best price and amazing service. So grateful they are here!
Very clean and safe place to call home! The staff here is excellent! This place is like a resort with all the amenities, what I love the most is the location, I can see the white oak mountain from my apt, and also the prompt attention when something is reported I’ve had several minor issues that are corrected in a timely manner rather than waiting a week or so. The staff here is abosolutely wonderful! The parties and activities are very fun for the entire Community! Halloween parties, charity events, just recently there was an entrepreneur display which gave the residents a chance to promote their businesses! It’s exciting and fun here! The staff here is very friendly, professional,and attentive to your needs. They go over and beyound to make you smile!’ Come join us! And enjoy this beautiful community!
I may never buy again! Huge kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and closets! Access to two pools, cyber cafes, great gyms and more! Such a nice place to live. Security system and gated community, which is very important to me. Friendly neighbors, convenient location and wired for EPB fiber optic TV/Internet. I absolutely love it here.
