The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Hillcrest Park
I have stayed here for 5 years and really enjoyed the place.Location is great as it just minutes from Waukesha downtown and all the stores for shopping and groceries. It has nice open space to take morning and evening walk. The management is very friendly and the maintenance service is very prompt and effecient.
After reviewing many of Waukesha's apartment complexes a little over a year ago my wife and I chose to rent at Hillcrest Park. This complex is, in my opinion, the best bang for your buck in the mid range rental properties around. Keep in mind they have a number of buildings and some are more updated than others so specifics may vary a bit. Anyway, we rented here for about 1 year and were very pleased with everything from availability of the staff to reasonable response times on maintenance requests. The land lord is very nice and easy to get a hold of if needed. If you are not in one of the buildings that is right off of E Main Street then you will have very little road noise which is nice. I have rented from 4 different land lords over the past 6 years and I had the best overall experience here by far! I highly recommend Hillcrest Park for anyone who is looking for an apartment.
We've lived here for about 8 years and have not had any problems. Any emergency maintenance has been handled same day and routine things the same day or very next day. Matt and Ben (the managers) are around every day and respond quickly. The rent cost for central air, underground parking etc. can't be beat in the area. Our building at least has no issues with noise or bad neighbors. I think they care about who they screen and allow to live here. Until we buy a house we will be staying here.
Great management here! Friendly and prompt. Never had a problem with them. Prompt snow removal too! Great place to live.
These apartments are older and could use some updating but all in all are really nice. The two bedrooms are spacious and common areas like the hallways, garages and laundry rooms are kept very clean. The apartments and surrounding areas are nice and quiet so no need to worry about loud parties. I also feel very safe living here which is very important to me. Excellent location especially if you don't have a car since they are conveniently located by several grocery stores, shopping centers , restaurants and a bus stop. Also, not super far from downtown Waukesha and about a 20 minute ride from downtown Milwaukee ( the freeway is only a hop away). If you are looking for a place near Carroll College without actually living too close to campus this is the perfect choice. It is also really near the graduate school for Carroll.
