Hillcrest Park Apartments-Student Housing

Hillcrest is the most comfortable place and most affordable to place to live as a student! I've lived here for 4 years and I've never felt more at home! So many amenities, wonderful staff and so close to campus and everything that Cedar Falls has to offer!

Hillcrest is a great place to live with your friends! There are many amenities to enjoy while you're staying there! The ladies in the clubhouse are always super nice. It's definitely worth it! I highly recommend this housing for students!

Hillcrest is a great place to live with your friends while still having your own personal space. The large kitchen and living room make it feel more like home than many college apartments around here. It is also nice to have a clubhouse to escape to when your roommates are getting to be too much to handle. They also have a great place to play pool, tan, workout, and swim. Great place to live off campus that is not too close or too far away from classes.

Living at Hillcrest has been nothing but a good experience for me. The maintenance is always on top of things, and there are so many amenities that a tenant is able to use!!

I have really loved my first few months of living at Hillcrest. I appreciate the resources available like: in unit washer and dryer, free wifi, free printing (with own paper), gym access and the pool! There are great spaces to meet with friends who also live here. Hillcrest also does a great job of putting together fun activities to help students & residents build connections. Would recommend!

The apartment was clean on move in day. The apartment manager and workers at the clubhouse are always friendly and helpful. Any maintenance is always taken care of promptly. The gym, pool, and computers/printers are great perks!! Would recommend.

I love living at Hillcrest! Having the laundry inside the unit is awesome! The drive to campus is very close and all of the amenities the Club House has to offer is great! Having the printers and computers available 24/7 plus the tanning beds, game room, and work out room. Such a great place to live!

Hillcrest Park Apartments are wonderful apartments to live in, they offer so many great amenities for you to enjoy. There is free tanning available during office hours, a computer lab, a place to study in the clubhouse, a workout facility, and a pool table. They put on events throughout the year, where you can win prizes and get free food! This place is close to campus so you can drive, walk, or take the shuttle bus.

Hillcrest is a great place to live! This is my first year living in an apartment and I am so excited to come home every night to a beautiful apartment that has great location. I live with three of my best friends and it is a perfect place to live together. A few of my favorites about living here is the spacious parking right outside my door, the big kitchens, the back patio/balconies, and the washer and dryer and the two separate bathrooms that are located within each unit. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I love living at Hillcrest. They are located super close to the UNI campus and provide so many amenities (i.e. computer lab, gym, pool, tanning beds, etc.). The apartments are a pretty good size with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also, the staff are really friendly and put on great events, so that's a plus.

Hillcrest is a great place to live especially if you hate sharing a dorm room like I did. Large kitchen and living room make it feel more homey than most of he places that I checked out. Also love having my own room and someplace to keep all of my junk.

Living at Hillcrest has been a wonderful experience. I really enjoy the location and the amenities that they have to offer. We had a few in apartment issues, but maintenance was quick to fix them. I would suggest Hillcrest to anyone student needing a place to live!

Great place to live because of the tanning. It is also a great place to live because of the people! I enjoy the activities and free things the clubhouse does. It is a reasonable fair price. This is my 2nd school year living here, and I love it!

This has been an amazing place to live. The are so many amentities included in your rent including a pool, a study room, a computer lab, free tanning, and a gym. The apartments are very spacious and every apartment either gets a patio or deck, which is one of my favorite parts.

I love living at Hillcrest Park Apartments! It is so convenient with its closeness to campus and how the renting process is so easy! The apartment works fantastic for my friends and I and I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. My brother lived in my apartment before me and he loved it as well! It honestly is as good as it gets for college housing!

I LOVE hillcrest. It has great amenities and the staff are always willing to help!! Plus they throw fun events every month (who doesn't love free food)!!! Plus it's close enough to campus where you can walk, drive, or ride the bus!

Hillcrest is great. It’s relatively cheap and I like all the amenities that come with. The clubhouse is very nice and so is the pool and workout area. Overall it’s a great place to live!

It’s great! Wish they had 2 bedroom apartments but we love our roommates and all the extra aminities are great, especially the computers for printing. But you do need your own paper which sucks.

Hillcrest is a great place to live, especially for college students with the public use of a computer lab! Very welcoming considering that there’s activities you can do on the premises such as basketball, volleyball, frisbee golf, swimming, etc. Highly recommended & very affordable for college students.

They are also super fast about responding to any maintenance requests or issues you may be having in your unit! Hillcrest is also pet friendly, which is a big plus!

I’ve lived at Hillcrest and can say it is a great place to live! The amenities they provide are clean and nicely kept. Workout area and study area are a convenient place to have within walking distance. The amentities provided outweigh the distance it is from the hill. Highly recommend Hillcrest!

Hillcrest is such a great place to love. The neighbors are all so friendly and the staff is great. Apartment is magnificent, plus there is a pool, basketball court, and sand volleyball if you want to have a crazy fun time.

I have lived at Hillcrest for the past 2 years. Both times I have been paired with random roommates and it has been a wonderful experience. They do a phenomenal job getting to know you at a personal level so you get paired with people who have similar interests to you. I have had no issues with neighbors either. I highly recommend living here.

I loved living at Hillcrest. So close to campus and the layout is great. And having pets is much more affordable than other complexes I’ve researched and lived in. I originally moved in with my friends but when they moved out I got transferred to another apartment and Hillcrest found me new roommates that I absolutely love!!

Hillcrest is such a great place! The staff is always so nice and respectful towards your needs. The apartments are decently sized and there’s a pool! There is always activities going on in the clubhouse so it is very easy to make friends!

Hillcrest apartments are great to live at because they provide a clubhouse that has a great studying environment along with computers and printing. They are very clean AND IT HAS A POOL! They even bring you snacks and water on some days! :) nicest people ever. I love it here!

Kitchen area is pretty up to date with appliances and the price is almost unbeatable for the quality of apartment you get. Room size is really nice and parking is usually pretty reliable.

I have really enjoyed living at Hillcrest so far! The apartments are clean and renovated! The apartment size is pretty big and rent is reasonably! This apartment has a lot of perks that come with it such as the clubhouse, a billiards room, a gym and nice place to study!

I have lived at the hillcrest apartments for two years now and I love it! The apartment complex has everything you need. If you have a problem with your apartment just send in a request and it will get done. I would highly recommend living at hillcrest! You won’t be disappointed!

Hillcrest is an affordable place for college students and they have a ton of amentities that come with it! Also, dogs are allowed and there's are a ton of other dogs around the area! It's just a short drive or walk to UNI

I love living at Hillcrest! I moved in knowing 2 of my 3 roommates and they helped us connect with our 4th. They keep us busy with movie nights and food throughout the month. It’s a great place to live if you’re a college student!

Hillcrest is a great place to live. It’s super close to campus and University Avenue. It has a gym and study place which I use often. The staff are super friendly as well! I would definitely recommend living here!!

I've enjoyed living at Hillcrest this school year and have already signed my lease again for next year. The apartments are clean and ours came renovated! We were able to request to live on the top floor and close to the clubhouse as well. The pool was great over the summer and the clubhouse is a great place to study with friends. It's easy to go online and pay rent and our maintenance requests have been answered promptly!

Hillcrest has many great features. Some of my favorites are the rent price, the homey feel, how clean and new they are, the free in-unit laundry, and more. I already resigned my lease for next year, and I can't wait! I have recommended Hillcrest to many of my younger friends, because it is definitely the place to live!

The apartments are nice considering the low cost of renting, and maintence is always so good about handling any issues with your apartment! Highly recommend living here during college.
