The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Hillcrest Club Apartments
I've lived here in a 2Br/1Ba renovated apt for 2 years now. The apartment itself is spacious and nice. The carpet was brand new when I moved in, and although the bathroom/kitchen flooring was not as promised for the "renovated" apartment, they put new flooring in within the week after I brought it to their attention. The included utilities are great. Very comfortable in winter. Electric is not included, though. Being on the second floor, my apt gets a little hot in summer and requires near constant A/C. The washer/dryer is convenient in the building, although a little expensive. Other than that, it depends on your neighbors. Last year I didn't have a problem with noise, this year I've had to ask my neighbor around 4 times to turn down their music at late hours. Last year I had a big problem with "smell pollution" - this is a smoking allowed complex, and I believe that my downstairs neighbor smoked. The smell would come up through the wall that housed the water pipes, as it opened to both mine and the lower neighbor's bedroom closets. Management caulked this shut for me, however, and it fixed the problem. COVID put some limitations on getting things fixed that weren't big deals - if my water wasn't working right, they'd be over within a day, but I still haven't gotten a replacement lightbulb in my oven and it's been about 10 months. Since they fix the important things, this has been fine with me, given the circumstances of COVID. The location is good - easy access to I-275 and M-14/I-96. It is fast to get on the expressways and head off in any direction.
I have lived here for over 3 years and I love this place. Amazing management, maintenance is a 5 star and all the keep up that is done on the property is amazing. Marquis the manager is the best manager , he is fair , kind and always knows the tenants. Best place to live at. Very quiet and all around amazing people. I am so happy to be living here. J
Finding this place was such a relief. It's a good quality apt. at an affordable price. I've had some issues with the heat and ants but maint. has been super prompt to fix things so it was hardly problematic. It's listed as a smoke friendly complex but I've never smelled smoke in my unit. I've lived here a year and would stay longer if my roommate weren't planning to move in with her boyfriend. Marcus, the prop. mgr. is friendly and helpful - a rare find at most apt. complexes these days. Highly recommend Hillcrest Club!
It's a great location with hines park down the hill, downtown plymouth a pleasant walk away or quick bike ride. Close to I-96, I-275, and M-14 ramps making it about in between detroit and ann ann arbor. Staff has always been helpful concerning repairs and building issues. I've been a resident for about three years, the building is a little older so we had minor issues with a few bugs but quickly handled when reported to the office. No issues with neighbors since I've been there. It's was nice to feel far enough from any city but close enough that i didnt have to drive too far to get anywhere I was going.
