Hilby Station is a great place to live. Very well maintained, lovely grounds, nice management, great service. Also it is quiet and I LOVE my one bedroom. And a great good-sized garage!

I appreciate the friendliness and professional attitude the staff have at Hilby Station. I have always felt heard and respected. It is a pretty pleasant place to live.
This place is awesome! They approved us the next day and the apartments are really apart from each other!! There is one apartment next to you, but it is joined by the bathrooms and the kitchen/dining room.
Quiet and peaceful except for the occasional highway noise. Comfortable and clean apartments with comprehensive features. Only drawback so far are the somewhat dated finishes of the cabinetry and counters, but they do have a homey appeal vs reclaimed wood and stainless steel.

The community here is pleasant enough. Pretty quiet, though some residents are particularly nosey. I wish my particular unit had nicer appliances but its acceptable. I havent had many run ins with management but they seem very nice, professional and quick to answer questions. My main gripe is just with the parking. Its horrible and has caused a lot of frustration for me. Its not fun coming home late at night from work to find absolutely no available parking spots. It seems unacceptable for this type of community and what we are paying.

I have been living here near four years. I have had somewhat a positive experience at Hilby Station. We currently have a very good maintenance man. The management is very good. Thank you for caring for our needs, especially during this Covid.

I love the inner courtyard here at Hilby. Now that the Aggressive Pitbull that Attacked me is finally gone, I feel much safer walking my dog. I really wish the sound proofing between floors was better- I give it an "F"! Very poor construction.

The staff is courteous and respectful. The grounds are regularly kept up. Work orders are quickly processed, and there is follow up. The management sends out timely emergency alerts (e.g., weather conditions, etc.), and strives to maintain enforcement of community regulations.

I happen to have a lovely view, which is important to me. Also, I appreciate the peace and quiet of the surroundings, AND the sounds of children laughing and playing! Its fun to see a variety of dogs, too. Other residents are usually considerate and friendly, and eager to help if needed. The staff is responsive, courteous and friendly.

Have only been at Hilby Station for a few weeks, but so far it's been great and no complaints! The office staff was SO accommodating and personable- best experience with a leasing staff I've ever had :) The floor layout of my apartment is wonderful! The grounds are nice and well kept. So far the community has been very calm and quiet- I feel very safe and my neighbors all seem to be respectful :)

These apartments look nice when you first move in, but the overall quality is not there. It's another complex more concerned with making money than putting in quality finishes or insulation between apartments to limit noise.

I thought living here would be great after selling the home that I lived in for 45 years. However I can hear every noise the upstairs neighbors make (and they are very loud but mostly conform to rules about quiet after 10 pm). I do not hear any noise from the next door apartment on the ground level or directly across the walkway. I have a beautiful view of the courtyard from my window. The apartment was painted and had new carpet installed just before I moved in so it is very clean. The garage and mailbox are too far away for my liking but probably not an issue for someone younger or without physical limitations. The rent is probably a little overpriced for a one bedroom apartment. It is a good location for me though as my son just lives about 3 or 4 minutes away and can help when I need it on garbage day or to collect my mail.

I love Hilby and they were VERY helpful with having us move in! They even gave us a $50 gift card for their recommended movers! They also helped us a lot with getting rid of excess charges which makes the moving process SO much easier.

Very nice and above average experience in apartment living.
Impressed with the maintenance team at Hilby station. I have called for a few fixes in my apartment before and the maintenance team responds right away. Nate is very creative and clean with his work. He's always respectful and considerate. He asks if the baby is sleeping and if it is a good time before he pulls out his drill. He goes above and beyond asking "Is there anything else I can do for you?". When we moved to this apartment, we were planning to stay for a year, but here comes the third year now :) We really love and appreciate the team at Hilby Station!!!
