Property Ratings at Highview Manor Apartments
Office and maintenance are so friendly and responsive. Plumbing could be upgraded. Attention to crumbling outdoor stairs would help aesthetically and prevent falls. Last suggestion would be to install a new intercom system- or - remove the system you won’t be fixing.

Lived here for 2 years and my rent jumped by a large margin after the first year, honestly making it too expensive for what it was. The maintenence team leaves old appliances, massive storage bins and garbage containers all over the complex, making it a very unattractive place to live. On top of that, I couldn't get management to solve literally any issue I had that was above changing a light bulb; very infuriating especially when it came to disruptive neighbors. Also, you can forget parking by your door, simply too many vehicles for the apartments there are. Aside from those things, it's a great location and having a pool in the summer is nice, when it's open, but to me, the price of admission is too much considering all the issues.

I got neighbors with two dogs who like to bark and howl at night, and so, the past year was a nightmare for me. Management is not helpful at all. Really glad I am moving out.

The office staff is extremely nice and very helpful. Any maintenance issues I've experienced were remedied extremely fast. I'm glad I picked this place over the others I checked out, not a single regret!

I’ve lived here now for four years and recently moved from one of the single bedrooms to the townhome. We decided to stay in this community because they value our privacy, the maintenance staff is quick and attentive, and there are great amenities.

I have lived in the town houses for 4 years and will not be renewing my lease. Things have gotten worse instead of better under the new owner. We still have no working light in the parking area, we have plants growing out of the gutters which blocks rain from going in them, so the water overflows into our yards. Our parking lot should have been paved years ago, at least re-striped. I won't be renewing my lease.
Was hoping when Sinatra and Company Real Estate took over things would get better. However, we still have no light in our parking lot after 3 months, management does not enforce cleaning up after dogs & noisy neighbors. Can't wait to move out
They gave me and my girlfriend a quote for a apartment and told us we have two days to fill an application out, we have everything filled out then when we go to hand the application in they tell us they rented the apartment out. Why tell us we have two days if your gonna rent out the place that same day. Most unprofessional place i have dealt with ever while trying to give someone my money.
Love this place. Bedrooms are huge and staff are very friendly. Highly recommend this place.
I moved here from out of town. Lived in 1bdrm and 2bdrm. Plenty of space in both, and each time I moved in they were clean, new appliances where needed and new carpet. Any issue (not many at all, I can count on one hand in 3 years), was taken care of immediately, or the next day. Everyone at the office is more than helpful, and know you by name which is very welcoming. The only reason I am leaving is because of a new job, and I need to be closer to work.
I have lived in this complex for 11 years now.It has been great living here! They keep the complex very neat and clean. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. If there is something wrong in your apartment, they are very efficient and fast to fix.It has been a pleasure living here!!
I have lived in Highview Manor for the last 13years and absolutely love living here! I live in a townhouse and can enjoy taking care of my rose bushes & making the front of my home look nice! I feel safe with raising my 3 children here & love the pool in the summer months! Fairport is a beautiful village & we love to walk the canal also!!!!
Staff was super nice & very helpful q/ showing us.
Nasty experience with bedbugs. No warning from the facility of the outbreaks they'd been dealing with. Neighbors moved out, didn't find out why until I had an infestation.
