Living at Highpoint Creek has been such a good experience for me. The community feels welcoming and the grounds are always well taken care of. I love having the pool, dog park, and fire pit right here. It makes it easy to relax or hang out with friends and neighbors. My apartment feels fresh and modern, and I really appreciate the extra touches like updated appliances and a roomy layout.
I have been enjoying my time at Highpoint Creek. The amenities are great, and I love the modern finishes in my apartment. The staff is prompt and knowledgeable. I appreciate everyone’s friendliness here.
This is an awesome spot to stay! Close to a lot of places and a very quiet area. It has a decent amount of space and very clean. Staff is always friendly and extremely helpful as well.

It's a pretty nice space with quite a bit of square footage for the price. it seems to be really quiet and the other tenants stick to themselves. Maintenance is pretty quick to response when issues arise. A few downsides are that washer/dryers are only available in the larger units but are available in each of the building breezeways and a little costly. I think that some of the renovations were hastily done as my bathroom locks from the outside (could make a fun practical joke to lock someone into the bathroom) and light fixture fell out inexplicably this morning. But all in all, it's a pretty darn good place.

More than being nice, they're very understanding to your needs and concerns and try their best to make things work for you. I urgently needed a place to stay and only highpoint had availability, their past reviews with the old staff/Apts were bad and was scared to stay, but the new staff have outdone themselves, hats off to them. With many more changes to come, good things that they have planned, are sure to be worthy of 5 stars soon.

Daymon was very polite and professional! He arrived at a decent time. He communicated efficiently and made me feel at ease that the job was going to get done correctly. He went above and beyond repairing my door and did great! I appreciate his hard work and calm demeanor.

Daymon and the entire maintenance team is very responsive and will usually show up to make repairs same day that the complaint is made. All issues are always fixed and Daymon is very professional and great at what he does!!

Under the new “management”, no AC literally the first day I moved into the apt, HVAC guys left a mess of dirt and dirty filters in my hallway, then tried to illegally tow my vehicle, damaged it in the process and pretty much told me to go f myself because they’re not responsible for an obvious breach of contract. Not to mention them making impromptu changes to my lease agreement despite the fact it says on the lease all changes must be consented to by all parties. Stay away at all costs.
