Great communication and beautiful place to live

We were looking for a new apartment to rent as our previous one had a leak and black mold issue. We needed to find something quickly, and Nicole did an amazing job working with me and keeping the communication flowing every step of the way. We are so excited to move into our new apartment. The community is beautiful, the amenities look spectacular, everybody that I met that worked there was so friendly and kind, and the apartment itself was well kept and clean.

Great community and beautiful apartments

We lived in this community for 18 months and during Hurricane Helene. The office manager and staff are very engaged in the community life and available as needed. Overall, the amenities are great. Beautiful pool and gym. The office is always organizing social activities for the residents which helps to get to know neighbors and feel part of a community. The apartments are spacious, well design, and very modern.

Delightful Living Experience at Highline North

Living at Highline North Apartment Homes in Weaverville, Asheville has been an absolute delight from day one. Being one of the first residents in this brand-new construction, I've witnessed the meticulous care put into every detail of the property. Nicole, the property manager, along with her assistant Shawn, made our move-in process seamless and stress-free, always going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Over my nine months here, I've come to appreciate not only the prime location, just a short 5-minute drive to Main Street Weaverville, but also the serene and immaculately maintained community. The management and maintenance teams deserve special commendation for their unwavering dedication to keeping the grounds pristine and welcoming for everyone. From the well-kept landscaping to the prompt attention to any maintenance requests, Highline North truly feels like a home where residents are valued and cared for.

LOVE these apartments

Wow, this place is so much better than expected. Brand new construction, great community, super clean. There are food trucks here several times each month and regularly scheduled social events. Quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to downtown and right next to Weaverville. Highly recommend!
