Beautiful building, but….. The power outage during the storm on August 9, 2025 showed up several problems. There were no emergency lights in the stairways! Extremely difficult to get back to my apartment Front door key fob not working preventing returning residents from entering the building. Screens did not drop down in front of elevators

Outdoor Maintenance I am very happy to be here. I love the townhouse. BUT other than cutting the grass, not much else is done. When time for pruning very little was done. I have been doing pruning by my patio and it's time I do again. Why would anyone plant roses in front of the outdoor spigot?

Atmosphere Coming from a Condo in Appleton, WI, , which we totally enjoyed for years, this place is like a vacation spot! No worries about cutting grass, shoveling snow or worrying about any other household maintenance! So many areas to enjoy a book, do puzzles, etc! FANTASTIC!!!

Very positive experience Everything has been very positive. Coming from our house of 50 years we did not really know how we would like Apartment living. The amenities are great and so are the activities. Our biggest surprise was also our biggest concern. The building is so well insulated that the noise level is very low. With having a dog and with the activities scheduled making friends and contacts is easy. You can have as much privacy as you want. Or you can be as active as you want.

Amazing New Home My wife and I moved in yesterday, July 11. We a so excited to use the many amenities here, including a heated pool, a club room and a common room for use by residents. Residents are very friendly and we look forward to a wonderful life at the Highlands at Aero Park.

Find another place! The Highlands at Aero Park is owed by Arden Properties. Arden also owns United Construction Company. United is building a large addition to the building. The local Arden manager misrepresented when construction would be complete and advised the construction company would keep the road clean and observe the municipal ordinances regarding noise; two more misrepresentations. Complaints from residents fall on deaf ears. I have also noticed, in my short time here, many of the amenities are unavailable or are broken. As soon as my lease is up, I am out.

We recognize that the construction taking place may cause inconveniences to our residents from time-to-time and we sincerely apologize for the additional mud in the driveway due to the wet weather conditions. Our construction team follows all municipal guidelines and place cleanliness of the job site and noise control as a top priority. Regarding your amenity concerns, we are not aware of any amenities that were or are currently unavailable or broken. Our Maintenance Team does routine checks of these spaces and if there are any areas that require additional attention, we encourage you to reach out directly to our Resident Services Office so that we can address the issue immediately. We take your concerns seriously and we are sorry to hear that you’re not completely satisfied with your experience. Our Community Leader left you a voicemail on 4/25 and after not hearing back from you, our Regional Vice President of Operations sent a follow-up email on 5/12 inviting you to contact us to schedule a convenient time to discuss your concerns and work towards a solution. As of 5/21, we have not heard back from you but would appreciate the opportunity to discuss these items and make things better. Thank you again for your feedback—we hope to hear from you soon.

Lobby with the coffee machine I walk my dog to the lobby and I have a cup coffee just about every day. Why? Because the lobby is the most beautiful area of whole complex and my dog and myself need the exercise.

Beautiful We love living at Aero Park. Our home(apartment) is beautiful, the finishings are wonderfully done, bright and airy. The amenities are incredible, from the beautiful community room, indoor pool, large outdoor patio area with a fireplace, grills and tv to our favorite room, the Club Room. It’s the perfect place to relax and gather with friends to play pool or shuffleboard. They offer so many activities for the residents, it’s absolutely perfect. Needless to say, we have found our home.

Suggestion that will make the residents happier Please put an automatic opener for the door that goes from the elevator area to the garage. Residents are bringing down their garbage often and could use the door set up for handicap. Hilary and Chris do a great job.

mostly great The staff is excellent! The grounds are well taken care of and the building is always sparkling clean. The events offer a good variety, but the budget for food and beverages should be higher, to keep up with the high standards. Several times, the food has run out at events people have paid for. The wine selection might be of a higher quality. I wonder if an event planner might not be a bad idea? There also seems to be some pushback about getting the windows washed- from the outside. The construction dust will be with us for some time, but there are some windows residents are not able to clean themselves, nor should they be asked to.

Overall thoughts I enjoy living here, especially the people. I didn’t realize when I moved in the community would become so large. I think we could have stopped with the second or third addition. We certainly don’t need the fourth. The community space is too small for that many people, or at least add a large room for gatherings. Most of the activities are well chosen. The rent is getting unaffordable for seniors. Management could attend more activities.

Love it here We had lived in other over 55 apartment communities and never had the right good feeling. That changed the first time we walked into the doors at Highlands of Aero Park. There is a warm welcoming feeling not only from staff but other residents. We are beyond excited to start our new journey at our new home at Aero Park.

Almost Perfect Overall, the rating is a 4.5. Communication has improved between residents and the staff!?? For example pool hours were changed to benefit the residents. The temperature of the pool has improved as well. Fun parties and activities are available to attend too. If anything, which is not the choice of the staff at Aero Park Highlands, the rent increase (percentage) has been too high in this past. Hopefully, the Corporate office will take that into consideration in the future.

Aero park Apartment beautiful. Many activities to choose from month to month. My biggest issue is the temperature of the indoor pool, I feel strongly that the temp should be between 86 and 87 degrees for us seniors.

PERFECT HAVEN FOR OUR GOLDEN YEARS Moving to Highlands at Aero Park was one of the best decisions in our 54 years of marriage. Beautiful apartment with top-of-the line kitchen appliances, sink and countertops, plenty of cabinets, gorgeous bathrooms, large closets and storage areas. So many amenities to choose from every day….indoor pool, fully equipped exercise facility and the list goes on and on. A monthly magazine lists all of the daily activities being offered. And the staff are awesome. Hillary, Tammy and Chris are so friendly, highly competent in their jobs and always there to assist us quickly if we need help. The residents are friendly as well. We greet each other in the hallways or elevators….and make new friends easily. I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about Aero Park. It’s a fantastic place to spend our retirement years. A safe haven where we can continue to enjoy life in luxurious surroundings!
Community Everyone I have met have been very nice. Love the friendliness. Aero Park Community always has something for you to do. The amenities are great. Beautiful facility. Very nice place to live.

suryey many things could be improved on. Doughnuts on Thursday have stopped. The noise and dirt from the construction sight is very annoying . Pool is too cold. This place was not meant for older people with walkers and wheel chairs.

However we have had two rent increases since moving in (8.5% and. 8%). in view of large construction project (not disclosed at tour/lease signing) with accompanying noise and dirt along with review of new rent prices as people move out, we are concerned with ability and desire to remain as residents. Advice to people touring:DINT LET THE GLAMOUR CLOUD YOUR VISION! Many things are poor quality (ie cabinets and appliances) Ask plenty of questions regarding future plans and prices! Ask why so many maintenance requests in a short period of time

Everything we were hoping for.... We're thrilled to be here at Highlands at Aero Park. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The facility is top notch. And Highlands at Aero Park offers us a variety of activities to enjoy . There is a warm ambiance around the place. And the neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and attractive.

Everything was nice, clean but a couple of items didn't get fixed yet. But we weren't staying, just getting some things up there.
Our move went well. We didn’t have the benefit of a tour until Hilary was free. After a couple days, I wandered out to find all amenity areas and ran into Charlene who showed me everything. We love our apartment and location. We will be very happy here.

Highlands @ Aero Park is wonderful! There are various activities and amenities for everyone. All staff put in 100% with service, cleaning, office contacts and genuine listening and caring about your concerns and suggestions. No regrets with my move!
The staff is very friendly, accommodating to all tenants’ needs and concerns. The modern and high tech amenities add to the grandeur of comfortable senior living. I am very happy and thankful to have found this place.
We've lived at Aeropark nearly 2 years and are very happy with our home and the public amenities offered. A fabulous gym, indoor heated pool, and golf simulator. Plenty of beautiful outdoor space to get together with friends. Nice, walkable, quiet neighborhood.
