We have been here for almost three years. It’s had been over twenty years since we had lived in an apartment. Our biggest worry was maintenance, due to previous experiences. I can tell you that this is now the LAST thing we worry about. The entire staff is very friendly and always helpful.

The office staff are amazing and respond quickly to any resident needs. The maintenance staff keep the grounds and buildings in great condition. Every thing is clean and quiet. I love living in this complex!

QRH is a great, quiet place to live. We have lived here for almost a year and a half now and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. We definitely feel safe living here with our children. The staff are also really friendly! Highly recommend.

I've been at the Highlands about 8 months. I was in a home in Memphis for 20 years. It is a lovely place - quiet, safe, and very well maintained. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
