Property Ratings at Highland Village Apartments
The Highland Village Apartments are located in the center of Lamoni, Iowa on Main Street. Since Lamoni is a small college town, that means you are within walking distance of most places. The town is quaint with a top-notch, 5-mile walking/biking trail running from one end of town to the other. The apartments themselves are all single bedroom units renting for $400.00 per month. This includes utilities. There is a Laundromat in the building itself. The apartments are clean and bug-free, but there aren't many amenities. The elevator is kept in working condition. There is a picnic patio with grills for cooking out available to the apartment community as well as a sand volleyball court. Parking can be a bit cramped when all the apartments are full. Generally, about half of the 20 apartments in the building are rented by college students, so many are empty during the summer. I live on the ground floor and I haven't had any problem with disturbances that you may attribute to a building with many young renters. The apartment manager gets things fixed quickly when I make a request.
