Highland at Hickory Hills Townhomes

Highlands at Hickory Hills has been the best place to live over the past two years. It’s situated right in between Mt Juliet and Nashville making it very accessible to tons of shops and restaurants. The community is very friendly and the staff has been great.

We love living here. Mangement is there when you need them, and the location is ideal. Its quiet and all the neighbors are nice. Parking can be tricky when you want to have friends over.

Not worth the money. No amenities, difficulty getting maintenance tasks completed, rude leasing staff, parking problems leading to people parking in the street and blocking your driveway, and people leave trash out all weekend for Monday evening pickup (pickup is M-F) so rodents are going to be a problem at some point.

Pretty good. Parking can be an issue because people use the overflow spots as their permanent spots often not moving the car for weeks at a time. Lots of dogs off leashes all the time so watch out for that.

A pleasant place to live with a convenient location to daily needs the airport and interstate. Excellent inconvenience services such as maintenance dog walking areas.

I absolutely love it here! The neighborhood is so very peaceful. My landlord made the move in process very easy and she. The people here are so welcoming and friendly.

There are zero amenities (not even a community garden which would cost the property next to nothing to implement). Maintenance is shoddy and frequently requires call backs to complete a repair properly. On top of the fact that you already don't get your money's worth, the property management is increasing rent each year at rates not in alignment with the market.

Sarah was super helpful during our move in transition! The community and home is very clean. And let’s talk about location… the location is perfect! Beat perk so far is the Trash pick up, easy as sit it outside your door and they come get it!

Quiet, safe, comfortable, and good location. Head office is friendly, helpful, and service requests are executed promptly. Other residents are quite friendly as well!

There are no amenities, people leave garbage piled up on by their front doors, the access to interstates for commutes is extremely poor, and the year over year rent hikes are ridiculous even when other properties are keeping rent steady. Combine it all and I’m not surprised to see people moving out.

So peaceful living here! Me and my husband are so happy we chose to live at Hickory Hill community we love it here! You can go out for a walk and not be scared to walk outside.

Overall good townhomes and a nice neighborhood. However, parking is minimal and new management is difficult to get a hold of and maintenance has been a nightmare.

This is the best community! Houses are nice, staff is great, neighbors are all respectful and friendly. I would recommend to all my friends to live here!

Highly recommended. The neighborhood is kept clean and quiet. The leasing team is awesome. The maintenance team is wonderful and quick to fix any issues.

It’s a great community to live in! The neighbors are so kind, and the staff is urgent with responses. The only complaint is the lack of parking spaces and grass for pets. Other than that, everything about the community is 10/10!

My husband and I LOVE this community. This is our favorite place we’ve ever lived. We love how quiet, safe, and affordable it is. We’ve had zero issues and LOVE the nature trails.

Love living here. The valet trash service is amazing so there's no stinky dumpster on the property. Sarah in the office is always fast at replying to issues. Only way I'm leaving is when we are ready to buy!

We just moved in and have been loving the community! It’s very clean and quiet and Sarah in the leasing office is so lovely to work with! We highly recommend these townhomes!

The individual units are fine (shoddy paint jobs aside), but there is absolutely nothing beyond the unit. There are no community amenities, no trees, no parks, nothing that speaks to this being a community of any sort. The lack of landscaping means that the sea of white will blind you on a sunny day; it also speaks to a community that will not age well. In general, what’s beyond your doors will be mowed and nothing more. On a snow day, a mini front loader will make a single pass down the road. Ownership of the property is completely unprofessional. Do not expect a smooth move in or lease renewal process. The property was built in 2020 and the number of trucks moving folks out is a testament to the rent hikes and problematic ownership.

Just moved in to the community and Sarah and Nick were so wonderful they walked me through the entire process!! Looking forward to living in this community
