Located in the historic Post Hill District – Highland Apartments are in a 1927 vintage three story New-York style apartment building. Each apartment at Highland has it's own unique flair, and they are all light and airy. Some units have large fireplaces but are only for decorative use now. Hardwood floors and dark wooden doors contrast pleasingly against an all-white color scheme with white trim. Low-hanging lights and ceiling fans work together to artificially heighten the available floor space. Located with close and easy access to the I-95, 395, and downtown New London.

Property Ratings at Highland Apartments
This apartment complex may appear to have a certain old-timey charm, but when an old building is poorly managed, the charm fades and all you get is a lot of unpleasantness. We had consistent mold, house centipedes, and even bat problems in our unit. The building has promise but does not receive the care it should. The management was incredibly difficult to deal with. They will not honor the lease agreement if it loses them money because they know they have a legal team that will make it more trouble for you than it’s worth. I hope this review doesn’t sound like a rant. I just felt it is only right to caution renters, and tell you to avoid this complex as long as it is run this way.
the apartment management team is ongoing updates to make this an even better place to live. Winner...
