First- Isabel is great. Very nice, always with a smile and extremely responsive to emails. The unit is a little small but clean and well kept. A great view of a lake from back porch although cannot keep clean due to spaces in-between wood of upstairs neighbor's porch (dirt, rain, etc... easily comes through onto yours). Replacing with one solid piece would do wonders. Also, keep in mind that if you have any packages mailed, only if an Amazon Delivery Driver is the courier will it come to your door. If UPS, FedEx, or Postal Service is delivering- it will go to the office. Office not opened on Sundays and for limited hours on Saturdays. M-F is opened from 830am-6pm, so if you work during these exact hours like I do, good luck receiving your packages. The worst part is the 9-foot ceilings. While it makes the apartment appear larger it also allows for less insulation in between floors which you would find in other complexes with 8-foot ceilings. My upstairs neighbors are horrendous: always home (one might work part time), both "walk" back and forth 24 hours a day, and have a stomping pace which shakes and rattles the entire apartment ALL day and ALL night. The ceiling/floor is so thin that when they do utilize furniture, they cannot sit still so you will hear the creaking of it ALL day and ALL night vibrating through the walls and ceiling. They also have a dog that they decide to play catch with at 1am several nights a week. Obviously, these are inconsiderate neighbors but the lack of insulation between floors amplifies this issue and causes this place to be unbearable to live in. I've lived in many cheap apartments which were rarely maintained at all but I've never experienced the noise issue this badly. Therefore, I would not recommend this place if you are on the 1st or 2nd floor.
I enjoy living at Highbrook. The community is quiet and is a beautiful property that is maintained well. The office staff has always been nice when I see them. The property is close to everything so I don't ever have to travel far to get the things I need.

The Leasing team was very professional and helpful as I moved in. They were readily available to answer any questions or concerns I had as I was planning to move in. The place was clean and just about everything was functioning when i moved in. A couple things needed to be fixed by maintenance but it took a total of 10 minutes for them to do so and they responded quickly on the same day the request went in. The community is quiet and seems safe. The carpet, flooring, walls, and bathroom was all in good shape upon move in. All in all I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

After a friend had rented at Highbrook, I thought so highly of it that when I got a job in the area, it was my first choice. It's proximity to places is fantastic, and the community is nice. The staff keeps the pool, and other amenities in great shape.

Very dog and kid friendly! It's wonderful to walk outside and see almost everyone else with their dog. My boy absolutely loves this place; there's so much to look at and sniff when we go on walks.

Recently moved into Highbrook, satisfied so far with a few pros being that for instance, Gavrielle of the office staff is wonderful to work with and definitely influenced my decision to go with Highbrook. Secondly, Highbrook is very quiet. The apts are designed to be spaced apart, rather than being pigeon-holed close together, so that helps diminish any loud noise transmission. And while my floorplan is the most standard, being of smaller size than my previous apt, for slightly more than the rent for my previous apt, the patio is a good tradeoff. So if peaceful, quiet living is a priority, and you do not require a ton of space. Then Highbrook may be worth investigating.

Quite conveniently located community. The staff and community is more like an extended family. Great floor plans with large patio/porches that include large storage closets with electrical hookup. Conveniently located near several parks, lakes, stores and resturants. There is even a Movie theater in walking distance. This isn't just an apartment, its home!

Highbrook looks like it's going to be a great place to call home! Great established community. Apartment was immaculate on move in, no sloppy work. Leasing staff was very accommodating. Close to everything, yet has a country feeling.

The women who work in the front office are the worst people I’ve encountered in my entire life. Rude, dishonest, and completely unlikable. Pretended to be nice to me so I would sign the lease than immediately began ignoring and insulting me. They were so rotten I moved. Literally so people that unbelievable terrible didn’t have any power over me. Avoid at all costs!!!

I'm obsessed with how spacious my apartment is and I love the location!! My only frustration is I think someone above me recently moved in and it sounds like a 300 pound man. I can hear him walk above me constantly. But other than that no complaints!
I lived at Highbrook Apartments for over a year. They ( office staff) will act extremely nice to get into a lease. But, once the lease is signed they will act like you do not matter. The staff is pretends to be overly nice, but I PROMISE YOU it just an act. I was rushed off the phone multiple times by staff and management when contacting them with my issues and concerns. There are pest in the apartments. Many of my neighbors did not renew their lease with Highbrook Apartments. There is no true customer service. You will end the call feeling neglected and unheard. The walls are overly thin... you can hear sounds and conversations happening from other apartments. Pros Maintenance staff is extremely nice and will complete your needs. Location is great. Cons Office Staff are not genuine. They will say anything to get you off the phone Pests Thin walls Price will influx after a year. ( Property is not worth it) Costly energy bill ( due to poor and outdated ventilation)
I have lived at Highbrook Apts since 2003. This rental property is amazing mostly because of the maintence crew and the office staff. When I first moved here, I was recently divorced and the staff "looked out" for me. They have not had a turnover with staff. Great customer service in everyway. The property is well maintained, clean and has been home for so long, I can't imagine living anywhere else.I have lived in the 1,2 and now the 3br home!. If you want a great place to live , move to Highbrook Apts in High Point NC. You will not be disappointed !
