Property Ratings at High Vista
Maintenance requests are "assigned". They come, look at the issue, say they'll be back .. and close it as repaired when it is not. Pets - watch where you step, there's poop everywhere. Parking .. the fire lane is always blocked. Gym - tiny, no bathroom. Claustrophobic. Pool.. it was being repaired for most of the last 2 months - unusable. Don't drive fast in the parking lot - there's weird giant humps at the entrance, and a very strange cement thing in the middle of a parking area. Watch out for the rain grates, they're broken and if you hit it wrong, tire damage. Can't wait for my lease to be up
Love my 2 bedroom super spacious, also love that my apartment comes with a reserved parking. Staff is always nice. Been living here for 3 years now and will continue to renew my lease.
My roof was leaking for a week their way of fixing the roof is cutting open fixing the leak and leaving a hole covered by cardboard. Now my back room smells like mold and I'm pretty sure it's making my dog sick.

the staff at High vista apartments are very resourceful, friendly and always ready to answer or help current renters or new renters. the area is kept clean and the residents that live here respect noise levels and parking. I would recommend this apt complex to anyone that lives out of state or lives in town. the apartments have walk in closets and allot of space. plenty of animal (dog) owners live here, i always see them walking then in the morning and night-and yes, they do pick up there poo.
Great apartments and good price but they need think of update
I have lived at High Vista Apartments for 3.5 years and I love it!!! The reason, because of the staff who are caring and genuine and no matter what I need, they are so happy to oblige! When I had a hardship, they did not threaten to evict, they worked with me and reminded me that I am their loyal client and we came up with a plan together! If a simple light bulb goes out, the maintenance man comes and replaces it, no questions asked. I enjoy the spacious layout, although quite costly for me, being a single mother, I enjoy the location so much that I have to make it work. 1100 square feet for my two bedroom, with a den. I have a private balcony, and covered carport, washer/dryer hook ups, dishwasher, electric appliances, ceiling fans in every room, cable ready and the cable is paid, and the rooms are so spacious that with all my furniture, I have room to still do my home work outs inside!!!The location gives me a beautiful, spectacular view of the Franklin Mountains and I am literally minutes from work, my kiddo's school and my parents. It is such a centralized location, and has a kid's playground, and even tennis courts! The two swimming pools are always clean and fresh and during the summer, my son and I partake in swimming and splashing away! The laundry facilities have energy efficient appliances which is important to me and are always available for use! By far, the best place I have lived, wish the rent was a little lower, however, it is a spectacular place to live! I would recommend the apartments to anyone who asked because I have never had any issues with speaking to the staff to make sure I am a happy client and my apartment takes care of my son's and my needs. Happy tennant, happy life! Thank you High Vista for being so amazing to me! Thank you for letting me share!!!
Poor choice. Wouldn't recommend for anyone. Over priced.
