Property Ratings at High Point Park Apartments
I have a dog and for the first couple of months I was worried because I had a neighbor that was openly hostile towards him (strange that she lived in a pet-friendly apartment complex). Thank God she moved and my new neighbors are not only nice, but they have a dog of their own! I love the playground/walking area on the complex. They have stations with doggie bags so you can pick up after your pet. I live in a second story apartment and my balcony gives me a nice view of the woods behind the complex. AND there's a washer and dryer in every unit with water included in the rent. For a college girl living on a budget, I could not think of a better place to call home. It's clean. It's safe. And with the exception of my first neighbor who has moved out everyone here has been nothing but kind to me and to my dog.
Apartments are roomy with modern colors and flooring. Grounds are well taken care of. Pool is clean and inviting. Office staff is very friendly and do whatever they can to help out the tenants. Fully commissioned courtesy office on premises. Maintenance responds quickly and takes care of any issues in a very timely manner.
LOVE High Point Park Apartments! 24 hour fitness center; attentive staff, well-cared for grounds and apartments! I've referred 2 co-workers here, and they love it too!
