It is convenient to Purdue and to downtown Lafayette. Most of the apartments have LVT plank flooring, some have ceramic and some bedrooms have carpet and some don't. They have central air. There is a ceiling fan in the living room. It is furnished with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and its own washer and dryer. There is a balcony for each apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There is a skylight for the 3rd floor apartments. There is an electronic entry into the building for added security. It has is central heating and air conditioning. Residents pay electric. Management pays water, sewage and trash. Pet Policy: Pets must be authorized. Cat fee is $20/month and must be over 6 months old. No dogs allowed. There is a 2 cat limit.
