Property Ratings at High Meadow Apartments
I have lived at High Meadow apartments for 5 years now. Since Sandra took over the property she has made it so much better. She actually cares about the residents and addresses concerns immediately. She keeps the pool, playground, and dog park clean and safe. She also, host dinners and gatherings for the residents to fellowship. It's a great community to be a part of. We love Sandra and Clare!! Both are exceptional ladies. They make this place feel like home!
I had mold growing out of my ac unit for a year & they wouldn’t do anything. They switched management multiple times & were so unstable they never knew what work orders had been filed. I was paying for a 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom & had a bathroom I couldn’t use because the AC unit was leaking INTO my tub. They go up in rent every 6 months even though they don’t follow up on work orders. Not worth the money at all. Overhyped & understaffed. Just move to a different town.

It is a good place to live. Good maintenance and good office staff.
We love living here! It is clean, pretty, and well-maintained. Office assistance is helpful and kind. Management has been understanding and informative. I am grateful for the ease of online rent pay and even maintenance requests. We have a 3 bedroom and it’s large for an apartment. This is close to stores we use most and a pharmacy/gas stations/ service stations and plenty of restaurants. It’s also close to my work and my kids. Convenience to our bank and doctors is awesome as well.
My family and I love living in these apartments. Not only is the office staff very responsive but the on site courtesy officer makes the apartments feel safer than ever!
This is the second time I have lived here, and it truly is an excellent place to live. The staff is very polite and professional, and the maintenance staff responds to my needs in a timely manner. The complex has a pool and exercise room that allows tenants to “wind down” after a busy day. The complex is neatly “manicured” and even offers a doggy park
I have lived here for almost 6 years now and this is by far the safest place I have lived to date. The new manager is very friendly and easy to talk to if I have an issue. I would def recommend this as a place to live to my friends.
The maintenance staff is so helpful and kind. Always willing to help me out. The apartment is lovely and homey I just love it here. Moved in back in November.
I visited this complex recently and I was looking for a home for later this year. the staff was so welcoming from the moment I walked through the door, they toured the apartment size I wanted, answered my page list of questions, and were Very professional unlike other complexes in the area I have visited. Fingers crossed they have something open up for me in August!
Love the apartment and staff. Management has went above and beyond to resolve any issues while I’ve been here. Good parking. Maintenance is fast and always friendly. I recommend.
We absolutely love this property! Marcos, the maintenance guy, came by well after 6 pm, on a Friday, and replaced the kitchen and bathroom faucets, the shower head and our ice machine. He was so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this property!
not prepped for move in very well everything was dirty, a few things broken, not really a great feeling about the place over all. Being one of the better apartments In durant seems to be how high they set the bar which isn't very high at all Dunno if it's lazyness or cheapness But will turn into a straight up dump soon with how well it's being turned around between tenants
Hi my name is ashly and we have lived in our apartment for about 4 months now. I live with my husband and two children. Its a small two bedroom two bath for $750 month. Its not worth the price we pay because there is a lot wrong with it. Our master bath don't have a lot of water pressure and the draining in both are very slow. We also have a bubble above our guest bath tub and not sure what its from. Plus some outlets don't work here. But we plan on staying until we find a house for our family. Thank you
