High Ground Village & Courtyard Apartments Nestled at the base of Winnemucca Mtn. range is this beautiful 84-unit apartment complex. Located approximately 2 minutes from town and set high on a ridge overlooking the Humboldt River, these apartments have the convenience of being close to town with the remoteness of the country. We have 2 bedrooms 2 bath units as well as 2 bedrooms 1 bath units available. All units come with all appliances (stove, refrigerator, and dishwashers). Separate laundry room with washer and dryer are also available in all units. Apartments range from 1100 sq. ft.-1400sq. ft. Walk-in closets come standard in all bedrooms as well as granite countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms. Corporate lodging is also available. We provide units fully furnished with all utility bills included. These units have paid housekeeping services as well.
