Hey be ready to deal with roaches! You might not see them during the day when you go check out the apartment but trust me you’ll start seeing them on your balcony and on the stirs after a while especially at night and before you know it they are in your apartment. This is so Embarrassing especially when you have a guest and suddenly you see the big roaches in your apartment. I read someone’s review 2 years ago about the roaches here, I didn’t take it seriously until I moved in. Now I can’t wait to move out

They quick to ask you for money but not quick about fixing things. I been here going on two years and when I moved in the property was quiet now it’s noisy they shoot every other night or two. No security on property if it is ,they must be in somebody apartment. Management have been change 4 times since I’ve been here. They just send out letter asking for money without explanation. The trash is horrible ,it’s always overflowing. The children have no where to play. They don’t cut the grass in the back yard. But going up on rent. Soon as I can move I’m out of here. They made a mistake and they don’t own up to it. They fix your stuff when they want to and my air never worked right.

Nothing like it was when I first moved in. Basketball ball stand still don't have a goal only the back board. Fitness center that's not available to use never has been. Lawn company comes each week but only blowing trash around, don't maintain the bushes or nothing. Steps to the buildings are not pressure washed. It wasn't like this when I moved in. Night Security use to be on the premises. There is no waterfront nor picnic area. Racoons all on the top of building. If you want the people to care, you have to also.

Roaches are everywhere, we pay for security there is no one securing the premises, no air, no heat, and when you call they are quick to evict but not fast to fix any problems in your apartment!!!! Staff is very rude, if you complain they are quick to cut you off!!!

Love my New apartment , Great complex/community ... Staff is welcoming and the complex is quiet throughout the day and night . Apartments are clean and everything is fully functional . I LOVE IT HERE !

Hey Internet world!!!! I haven't lived here but have friends that do and I can tell you that for the past 2 years I've been going to visit them this property has upgraded on management and the ideal of living here. All the negative reviews come people being in patient with maintenance because if there's problem should address it before it gets bad or replace it and give them bill I'm sure the will honor it. Another thing is that tenant's should honor their part of the lease and maybe tenant and the management would have a good relationship.

Moved in mid December, apartment was not ready! Furnace not working, no heat, no air, loose wires on the floor for over 3 weeks. No mail box key, front door did not latch and was later "fixed". Mid January, I was one of 3 burglaries, during daytime hours from a front door break in- loss of electronics! Office manager was extremely rude, with every visit to the office for repairs, complaints etc. Never was allowed to visit with corporate. Was advised due to "break in" could break my lease without penalty. Moved out mid February, leaving apartment move in ready. In fact, someone moved in the day after I moved out! Upon returning key, was told to call for security deposit. Have made at least 2-3 phone calls a week and still the end of March do not have my security deposit. If you like a CHEAP place with NO safety or security MOVE here. Definitely not quiet at night, drugs, stealing and homeless people abound. Too many vacant apartments to stay in....

The new management is very unprofessional ! The property manager Tanesha does NOT send in work orders once they are placed to her. She's very rude and disrespectful and always try to cover up her mistakes by blaming her Maintnance man, which by the way it is ONLY ONE OF. You would have to be literally dying before they fix a issue in your home no matter if u have small kids! They don't care. It's hard to get in contact with the owner of the property as well. I hate the management! They need new people in the rent office who actually care about their business instead of just taking people $.
