West Side Detroit is a sprawling sector of the city that’s known for its affordable rentals, easy access to downtown, and abundant community parks. Rouge Park, Bell Creek County Park, and Eliza Howell Park sit within this expansive area. Although the west side of the city features a sense of small-town charm, residents sit less than 15 miles outside of Downtown Detroit, so commuting to the city for work or play is a breeze. West Side Detroit is mainly residential, but there are supermarkets, casual restaurants, and small businesses spread throughout the area.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Hidden Pines
Hidden Pines is a Great property. Karen and her staff are amazing. The property’s well maintained and I love the secure parking. They even host events for the us. I’ve never had any issues with neighbors or staff. This is an awesome community.
Very clean location, friendly and very helpful staff
Becoming a resident has be an exciting experience a comfortable experience a learning process and healing process to choose to stay at these apartment complex would be a good decision Gid bless The Staff they do a tremendous Job here Thank you Mrs.B
I had at least 6 back and forths with the office staff about my application being sent in, and what was needed/required for my application. AFTER they took my application money AND pulled a credit check they tell me that they cannot work with me because I live out of state. I’m moving back to Michigan from Tennessee. I have NEVER had such a struggle working with an apartment complex moving from state to state. And I believe they did not tell me the truth until after they had my money. Beware out of staters.
These apartments are beautiful and quiet. Nice features and spacious. The only downside is no pool and parking can be an issue
