It’s ok here but luxury living it is not. The appliances are old, carpet is old, the sliding glass doors & blinds are nasty. The windows are terrible!! We were supposed to get new windows over a year ago. Rent is too high for what you get.

Hidden Lakes is the perfect description for this community. It is beautifully landscaped with hidden lakes tucked in behind the buildings, lush woods surrounding, and sidewalks for walking alone or with fur babies. Each unit has either a terrace or patio and the living space is perfectly laid out for an individual or more. I've lived here for six years and don't have any plans of moving out because it is home!

The pools and fitness center in particular are excellent features. The management staff, and office staff is accommodating and quick to respond, taking care of issues as soon as they arise. Maintenance is always on time or comes earlier than expected. Every W/O has been completed on the same day or on the next. I have lived at Hidden Lakes for almost 10 years. I love my apartment size and layout. The maintenance department and the office staff are all so helpful when I do have an issue. The area is beautiful with shopping, doctors, parks, lakes all very close. I recommend Hidden Lakes highly. LindaM.

I’ve lived at the Hidden Lakes Community for over 13 years! The staff is like no other here, they care about your opinions and pay attention to detail! I love having two swimming pools and lots of sidewalks to walk our dog! It just simply feels like home.

Everyone has been very pleasant and easy to work with, Jamie has been prompt with getting me answers and Nick has been very prompt with trying to fix maintenance issues. Everybody responds pretty quickly, which is nice. I will say, I love the quietness and privacy here.

Overall it is nice here. The apartments are nice, the amenities are everything you need. My dog can have a place to run now with the barkpark being extended.its pretty quiet and neighbors seem pretty nice. There are a few things I would like to see implemented but, it's still a nice community.

The amenities are fantastic. The roads in and out aren't the greatest but everything else is far above my expectations and would love for anyone who needs a decently priced apartment with everything you need and is close to 75 to come check out Hidden Lakes and the beautiful surrounding area!
