Property Ratings at Hidden Lake Apartments
Not only are they all polite, they handle issues quickly. A few months ago, the sump pump stopped working and it made quite a problem for us. Jesus (one of the two maintenance folks)popped right over and then the carpet extractor guy did. They clearly explained what they needed to do and followed through with that. I like how all of them are so nice, not just one or two. The older I get the more I find this important. I also like how they keep the grounds tidy with regular landscaping and needed cleanup so we can just enjoy looking out at the lake. Shout out to Shelby, Jennah, Jesus and Jeff! <3
When it comes to maintenance issues, they are not reliable. I've called a couple times for issues that are not resolved. And finally, when they are done hearing my voicemails, they give me an attitude and get it done that day. they also put money before tenant. trust me, do not rent here
