Hidden Creek Apartments

The rent base starts out fine for two months then will go up and up and the excuse is, these are fees for shared amenities. There is no workout room what so ever! Leasing office looks like the wall was torn down and never fixed, they can't keep any maintenance employees. Very Misleading!

This is the worst place I’ve ever lived in my life! Roaches , mice/RATS ! Management is always changing.. new management the guy is either always outside smoking while the young lady sits in the office & lolly gags on the phone & they could care less about any problem you have they hardly ever make a record of it. At this point I’m convinced they are trying to make their tenants feel like we are the crazy ones. They jst throw a smile on and act like they’ll take care of it and don’t!

Dilapidated apartments with a few cosmetic upgrades to trick applicants. Apartments have no AC and an ant/roach infestation that management says they are "working on" (its been a problem since summer of 2021) Neighborhood is unsafe, the leasing office is rarely open when they say they are, communication is non existent, and anything you need fixed you'd be better off watching a YouTube video and doing it yourself. Management changes frequently, getting worse and worse yet somehow managing to charge higher rent.

They go through management companies to much , they don’t communicate, the Maintenance SUCKS!!! Ive had an issue With maintenance Since I Started living here . The office don’t return calls for those who work office hours .

There is no maintenance here they use the excuse about the Covid virus but thats been months ago

I do like living here, it is semi quiet and 5 min from my job. The apartments are nice and the office staff is friendly.

Maintenance is horrible, management never responds to you. No one is ever in the office and all my packages get delivered to the wrong house. I have raccoons living in my attic (I have since I moved in) as well as many other maintenance issues that have never been fixed or addressed by management

I got a call back the same day I put my application in to be told I was approved. This makes me and my kids super happy as we have always lived with someone. They finally get their own room. I have heard amazing reviews on this place. The good outweigh the bad. Thank you Hidden Creek.

Amazing for the price, just don't expect instant fixes for service. It'll take a while

I am incredibly unimpressed with this apartment management. I set up a tour for a Saturday at 2pm. It was confirmed via email and phone. I showed up and no one was there. I waited around for 20 minutes for even a sign of anyone. Ended up leaving a voicemail to see about rescheduling, but never heard anythimg back.

Hidden Creek is affordable and overall a decent place to live. It has its flaws, like incredibly loud heating/air conditioning units, very limited hot water, and if you have noisy neighbors you will most certainly hear them. But, if you can ignore all that, its a decent place.

I really like love staying here and its the perfect place for me and my little one the new look is great and everyone loves my home when they enter.

I've been here for 2 weeks and my experience thus far has been great. Management has gone out of their way to help me with any issues. The apartment is just beautiful with lots of Windows and a patio. Outside of my neighbor playing his music too loud at times, I'm very pleased.

I filled out an application. I had to call several times to find out if I was approved. I was. I spent the next 6 weeks calling and trying to get my lease and move in information. Office staff kept blowing me off and saying they'll get it to me "next week." Next week never came. Then two weeks before I'm set to move in, they call and say the apartment is no longer available. They said they would refund my holding fee but they still haven't. I asked if they realize I could be homeless in two weeks because of this and the lady in the office said "that's not my problem." Seriously don't waste your time with these people. They don't care and the apartments are very nice either.

The community is decent. I just wish overall it had more curb appeal

Great community for family and pets. Close to freeway, and plenty of shopping places to choose from.

Took over 72 hours for application to get back to me and I had to call them to find out it was denied when they knew I was ready to move in that day. Took another 2 days for them to send me my denial letter. I offered to pay my lease in full up front. They said they had to check with regional manager and would get back with me the next day at 3 pm. Well I call them at 3:30 and they say the regional manager hasn't responded and he would call me back tomorrow with his answer. I called for the next 2 days and no answer. Finally today they call me and say he denied me. Horrible experience, this took ever a week for me to find out I was denied. Do not waste your time with them because they clearly don't care about our time. Website says there open every day when THEY ARE NOT.

Me and my boyfriend drove 30 minutes to go on a tour of a 1 bedroom apartment but were told they could only show us a 2 bedroom model, which was fine. Everything went good, we loved the apartment we saw. We applied the same day and were accepted not too long after. They changed our move in date twice. They told us we could come see the actual apartment we’d be living in the day before we were supposed to move in. That day came, we drove all the way out there and they took us on the tour. Before we even got through the door we saw what our “patio” looked like and we were really disappointed. The patio wasn’t closed off, the small wall of bricks had bricks missing and a dead bird sitting on top. When we went inside we noticed that the apartment looked nothing like what we expected (we were told the only difference between the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments were of course the extra room and the dining area and that was never a problem). It was a lot smaller, the blinds were dirty, the closets were hard to open and close, the bedroom closet was basically only half of a closet because they have the water heater in there, my boyfriend found holes in a few places and was laughed at for bringing it up, the bath tub was disgusting, one of the burners on the stove was white for some reason and the woods in front of our apartment had trash all over the place. Even though we told the lady that showed us the apartment we were supposed to move into that we weren’t happy with it and were told it would look completely different she just swore up and down that they explained the differences to my boyfriend (they didn’t). We were never given our money back and we paid a good amount (EACH person moving in has to fill out an application and pay a fee plus pay a security deposit). The complex itself needs a paint job too. Just don’t do it

New to columbus and found this place a couple months ago. Marble countertops upgraded kitchens at an affordable price. It's been quiet and comfortable a great choice.

I'm a retired senior and I've lived here for three years. The new management has taken a two star complex and turned it into a four. (and climbing) The newly remodeled units are beautiful. And the staff are "5 Stars"all the way.

Danielle, the Assistant Manager at Hidden Creek and Creek Bend is the best!!! She is friendly, and professional every time I speak to her. She truly cares about resolving any issues or concerns, and keeping her property pest free is a top priority for her.

First of all the place is a dump. We had to be sprayed for bugs every 2 weeks for 3 months! The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors business. Balconies are falling off. Roaches in the units. The managment changed 3 times in the year I lived there. We were told the owner/owners were refinancing when in fact they sold the property. They won't renew leases until after they upgrade the units so they can jack up the rent for the dumps they call apartments. And don't even get me started on the office staff. The girl that sits at the front desk needs to wake up on the other side of her bed in the mornings. She is rude and couldn't care less about the people that live there. Run away people, and run fast.

I have live here for almost 2 years. We have seen 5 management companies in and out of here. Right now, we haven't had hot water for a week and the mgmt is never in the office, and they refuse to do anything about it. There have been roaches and bed bugs here, and the environment is terrible. Super thin walls and ceilings let us hear everything and anything that our neighbors are doing. There are obvious drug deals in the parking lot, and there are drug dealers in a lot of the apartments. The traffic in and out of the apartments around me is ridiculous and keeps me up at all hours of the night when I am a hard working woman who works 45 hours a week. All the stray cats spray on everything from the AC units to the cars. Like I said before, the management is impossible to get a hold of and they do nothing to help. The place is a dump. DO NOT RENT HERE. As soon as my lease is up I am moving far away from here.

The apartment itself was not that bad but a family that moved out from downstairs were very messy and the apartment never came to clean or empty the remaining trash and junk left by the previous tenants and this lead to bugs coming up into my and my neighbors apartment and we tried everything to get rid of them but since the apartment place refused to clean out the apartment below it just kept getting worse. Not to mention that the front office of our apartment complex were nothing but rude and nasty towards all of there tenants it was by far the worst year of my life. I wouldn't wish for anyone to stay here everything about our stay there was awful let alone you had to pay them so much money just to be miserable.

Its a very good complex my apartment manager is really nice maintenance always come right away
