Peace and quiet place. Near to all places like mid of Nashville.. Cool hickory trees and nice parking lots. Neighborhood is very cool and pet friendly

I really like the inside of my apartment. It is open and plenty of room. The bedrooms are large with big walking closets and a nice master bathroom.

So far everything has been great and the office staff are really kind and neat. When i had a problem, they were really helpful and made sure everything was okay.

Great and very cool place. Silence neighborhoods and broad parking spaces. Pet friendly and nature always makes me feel like heaven Happy to stay here

I love the apartment layout and I think the apartment staff are nice but there are quite a few things that really need working on and I am pretty sure they know. But the area is perfect as well and convenient!

Excelente . Muy comodo. Me encanta las áreas comunes. Edificio limpio . Funcional. Piscina al día. Algunos detalles pero por lo demás todo excelente

Management is not very good, extremely slow to fix anything. Took us 6 months to get anything fixed in our apartment. Does not response to emails or make easy to contact unless you go the front desk. Trash service is not very good. Utilities bills are ridiculous here and there are a lot of extra fees. Overall not a great place to be. Would never recommend living here.

Love how clean it’s, I know they have some issues with trash compactor, but they are fast and they fix the problem. What I like is the staff are super funny and friendly. And when I go to sleep. Is so quiet. That I enjoy it.

love love love hickory point, i first lived here around 2018 all the way to 2020, and now (2025) im back livin here again. its close to everything and very strategic imo.

The community is pleasant to stay in, its peaceful, the surroundings are lush green, there is ample parking space, and the services are excellent, they respond well to enquiries.

I love my Hickory Point Apt. The apartments have very nice open layouts and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The complex as a whole is clean also.

I’m over it over it over it over it over it over it nothing is the same as it was when I first moved and it’s time to go can’t take no more the new comers are destroying it And bringing friends along

It’s always good to be able to come home. I have had to encounter noisy neighbors above me that were inconsiderate. People cannot park and I have rude people move my mirrors or park too close that I could not get into my car. People do not clean up after their pets and I refuse to go out back on the patio area because I don’t want to step in poop.

Really nice and helpful office staff and maintenance. Beautiful apartments inside and out. They have fun events that bring the whole community together, which is really nice.

Peaceful and quiet place. Very silent neighborhood. Lots of parking lots with wide open roads. Pet friendly and nice nature friendly place.

Friendly staff and residents. Fantastic views and is a great value for the price. Very content. ?? Spacious apartments with numerous floor plans. My 1 bedroom is perfect for me and my pup.

Calm with nature. Good trees and wider roads for walking. Staff are very effective and good responsive always. Parking space always clean.

It’s a cool place to stay in the middle of everything but I think it need a children playground or more activities for kids other than just swimming

Hickory is a Peaceful community, no complaints I’ve been here for 2 years, and the front office is nice. Excited for the pool to open sooner

Always feels like a safe, friendly, and homey environment to come home to! I feel as thought we are running out of parking spaces however. I love living here!

Thank you , good as silent place to leave with family.Wide roads and good parking. Trees and hill view is best inside community. No noise and walking around is good for tenants .

Yes very nice. And clean, some neighbors they don’t know how to act, but the apt and leasing office are great. Very clean and professional. I would recommend it, is great please you have many stores to shop in the area, you don’t have to drive far, to purchase food or groceries.

Some what great and will get better . Wish I can park my car right front of my building though but smh visitors cars taking over. And not understanding why but other than that it’s great

Maintenance is really slow. A lot of things in our apartment were broken when we moved in. Another then that’s it’s just an apartment. Also utilities are really high for some reason here

Todo está muy perfecto lo único que me incomoda es que no ahí parqueos suficiente y tengo que parquear muy lejos de mi edificio y me resulta incómodo

Quite neighborhood for the most part since. I’ve lived here going on 2 years. My upstairs neighbors aren’t the best they’re always stomping I’m hoping they move soon!

Its nice to stay in Hickory apartments. Nature always good and views is liked very much. Community roads are wide and parking slots are good to use.

I’ve been living in Hickory Point since 2019 and have absolutely no complaints. The staff has always been very nice and welcoming! And the community has always been kept up nicely

The community and staff are amazing. My only complaint is the parking. Visitors cannot park on the property beyond the gate which is ridiculous.

Everything has been okay so far at this apartment community other than parking lighting towards the back of the neighborhood or maybe all. Too dark for me.

I had an excellent experience living at Hickory for a year. The facilities were good – from the well-maintained amenities like the fitness center and pool to the clean and secure common areas. The management team went above and beyond to ensure residents were comfortable, and any maintenance requests were handled promptly and professionally. Their professionalism and friendly approach made what can often be a stressful process.

I am a new move in my first apartment ever and I love it! I couldn’t be more happier, I have the best view looking at all of Nashville. I am about to be a new mom in June 2025 and can’t wait to have a warming home for my baby?

I’ve filed (2) maintenance requests in December for the same persisting issue and have not received any information from the management or maintenance team notifying me of their plan to resolve. I’ve called the office numerous times to discuss the issue since I’ve received no response in the portal, and have been unable to reach a person. Nor have I received a response to the voicemails I’ve left. Very frustrating.

Great community, everyone is nice and welcoming . Ladies in office are easy to work with and very helpful . The property is well kept, the office staff is nice .

Great management and beautiful apartments. It's one of the nicest apartments I've found in Nashville. Great maintenance team also. Everyone in the office are very friendly helpful.

Quiet & friendly environment that is pet and kid friendly! it is the ideal place to call home. I love that it is a gated community and i am so excited for when the pool opens next year! The only thing I wish was different is I wish there was visitor parking closer to the buildings at the top.

I am living here for a couple of years and my experience has still been good so far. Nothing truly out of the normal you wouldn't have anywhere else..it's a great place to live staff is great. as usual hickory is always nature friendly community

I love the staff and my apartment amenities. They do a great job of keeping everything neat and clean. Any time I have had a problem the staff addresses my concerns immediately.

I have been a resident at Hickory Point for 7 years and most of this time we have lived in a 2 bedroom. My husband passed in May so I decided to move into a 1 bedroom and the staff was so helpful in making this transition go very smooth. Getting use to living alone I feel comfortable and safe here.

The apartment is a really good place to live. They office staff is really nice and will help u with any issues that arise in your home. The scenery is nice too.

everything is excellent, except to the trash container. always is full, or trash outside to the container. the personal on the office are always nice and helpful.

I love my apartment community at Hickory Point. The management team is always willing to accomodate my needs. My neighbors are friendly and helpful.

Interesting Features: Family-friendly fun! Enjoy the tot lot, sparkling swimming pool with sun deck. Wide roads with good parking spots. Friendly staff with good service.

Neither good or bad honestly. The property is beautiful with the amazing views. I was late on rent and they didn’t hound me or throw me out right away. Although the gated entrance is nice , it’s also a pain in the neck. Love the fireplace tho!!
