Not the safest place to live. Car break-in happens way too often. Not eough security. If you plan on living here you should expect it it to happen at least every holiday. The maintenance team is pretty good so that’s a plus.

The staff are great, but my neighbor is loud. I don’t have any issues with Hickory Creek itself. Maintenance takes care of issues quickly, too.
I just love and adore how quiet and peaceful this place is and also the apartment managers and staff made it a great experience throughout the application process all the way down to the move in process
The staff who met me were amazing and made me feel very welcome when I came to move in. The apartment itself has obviously been lived in before, there are a few dings in the walls and paint overspray on the counters from when it was painted. But it is clean over all, and a comfortable place to live.
Great. Nice & quiet and we love the space in the townhomes. Leasing office is helpful. Parking can be pretty hard which is the downside to putting many units close together but it’s not a huge deal. All in all, good place to live
Everything went great! I had helpers move me and in which were my extended family members. Glad to have them by my side, as well as, my amazing girlfriend!

I’m loving my experience and how quickly Maintenance comes when you need something fix. The only negative I see is people not picking up there dogs poop it’s always so much in one spot you can’t walk in the area without stepping on it. Thats the only thing I wish was better because it’s honestly gross.

Yall never answer the phone or return calls. Yall don’t actually complete maintenance requests but you mark is as complete. You all have still not handled the bug situation in building be it’s roaches everywhere!!!

Nice atmosphere to live around but would have given the free wifi for the residents, rest of everything is okay. Felt there may be a security gate for safety of residents from the trespassing/trespassers. The pool area and the dog park everything is absolutely fine. It gives a good vibe for the evening walks in the community.

Just moved in recently. Staff in the front office were nice enough but once we got into the apartment that we had been waiting for months it was a trainwreck. The paint is sticky in several places and it has already started peeling a lot. There's also paint specks everywhere on the bit of laminated floor we have. One of the bathrooms never stopped trying to flush after using it once we reported it the day we moved in and it has yet to be fixed. The whole place was clearly still dirty and one of the showers doesn't drain properly. There are also holes in the balcony it's just surprising so much went through inspection. Also the whole second floor reeks of smoke and we keep trying to remove the smell to no avail. So if you are looking at an apartment here just know you get what you pay for if even that.
The consultants we worked with were extremely helpful right from the beginning. However, the whole move in process was a bit of a roller coaster. Lots of confusion with move in dates & policies that we were not notified of until 2 days before our move in. In the end, they were very apologetic about the situation. JC was extremely thorough on our final walkthrough. I truly feel like she went above & beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and the unit was in shape before we actually began moving our stuff in. We appreciate the endless support and advocacy on our behalf! If you are considering moving in: Make sure that ALL policies are explained down to the very last detail. This should be done upon your first tour & included again in your welcome letter once approved. Email is best for communication! Try to schedule an appt for some face to face time. Be kind to the leasing & maintenance staff!! We are very excited to begin our living experience at Hickory Creek :)

Amazing customer service when we were applying to live here a beautiful and peaceful play to live. At night there’s no yelling or having to worry about the place getting shot up like we did at the old apartment

I live in a pretty spacious apartment with my roommate and the rent is pretty affordable for a 2 bedroom apartment even though the rent has been going up each year. Complex is safe and I haven't had any noise complaints. My biggest issue is that maintenance can sometimes take a few weeks to get to any issues I've submitted.

We’ve been here less than a year. We appreciate that we was able to find a place for our new baby. Everything just kept going down hill when it came to fixing things. We had many bugs. They’ve sprayed and it was still a problem. Before we moved in our apartments was a total hot mess. After they fixed the things it still looked the same. They painted over the cabinets, bugs coming out the tub. Whenever I cooked you would see a bug. When things needed fixing they put us on the list and still never came and fixed anything. This has been upsetting and frustrating.

I have been living in these apartments for years and with time and change of owners I have noticed a neglect both in its infrastructure and in security, and the increase in rent with a payment for sewerage that we had never paid before. it feels like the office's primary interest is money and not the safety and reliability of the apartments. Now you can see people smoking marijuana groups at night almost at all times and honestly that worries me so much that I have come to think about buying a firearm for personal security because the security person is no longer visible and the cameras don't seem to work .

I have lived here for going on three years now. I love it! It’s a quiet neighborhood the leasing office have been helpful at times. Most of the time very quick to fix things. Makes me feel safe for my future family
It’s fine now that we have some office workers and people that can actually talk with us. I enjoy the new staff that we have here and I compliment.
I am not even sure where to begin here. As someone who does not like to talk negatively about anything. I feel as though I should have read some of these reviews that were left online before living here. My hope is that I can save you the money and headache that I have received over my time here. I will list some reasons below for why I feel like this. Please read this before you sign here. The complex is not managed properly. I will start there. The team does not engage to help with issues you have. They will tell you that it is your problem and offer no sort of solution. The only time you will receive communication from them is if you need to pay them. Other than that it will be crickets. I cannot stress this enough they will not respond or even try to help in any way. As for the units, they are older which is okay, however the told us the units were completely renovated and new before we signed. The lack of updates lead to several maintenance issues that may or may not get fixed. Again you will not hear much about how/when to expect these. With these issues that go on around the complex they have cameras mounted around the building but none of them work. Unfortunately they will let you know after you go in person to report the issue directly to them that those do not work. So if something were to happen they have no way for you to see it. Unfortunately outside of this there is a fair amount activity around the complex that is not ideal either. For example there was an a shooting in the same week someone came through a crashed into parked cars and resulting in totaling of the vehicle. Packages are frequently stolen off porches as well. It is very common to see a police officer or the fire department here routinely. Unfortunately when I first moved in this place had a lot of families and nice residents and within the last 12 months that has severely changed. With that the families that still are here the children are unsupervised and seen running around the complex darting through the parking lot which is dangerous. I have seen on a few instances that children have almost been hit as a result. Please, please, please do not move here if you have any other options. Respect is something that you should feel from where you stay and you really do not get that here.
It give it 0 stars if I could. I lived there for 2 years and moved out because neighbors smoked marijuana non-stop and leasing office would not do anything about it. Also, management changed every few months (now I see why) so every time I complained there was a new person trying to pick up the slack. I moved out a few months ago and they still would not send me my full refund. I tried scheduling a walk through before moving out and nobody returned my calls, as always. Then they charged me for re-painting the walls even though I patched them myself. They didn't provide paint or paint color, did not reply my calls and emails, so how was I supposed to know about being responsible for painting? They also tried to charge me for fixing a vanity sink paint that I had submitted numerous requests for but they had never taken care of. I was able to dispute that charge and they agreed to return the $50 from my refund which I have yet to receive, though it's been almost 3 months now. Corporate office doesn't call back. I called them many times over these 2 years about the marijuana stink but nobody ever called me back. I filed police reports against my neighbors but that was fruitless too. The apartment complex is old and is falling apart but the price was low so that was expected.

First things I seen were roaches everywhere. Management tells you what you want to here with no action behind their words. Been here for two weeks and was told I would have a washer and dryer when I moved in and have yet to receive it. Said it was taken out for new flooring and they only had to put it in. Called this week with them saying they had to order it...? Doesn't make sense. I have had someone come in to fix doors and holes where roaches would have access to enter. Still haven't received my mail box keys for my bills and keep getting told they will call when a key is made and its been two weeks. Very poor place. Very Unreliable!!

This place is awful, it’s ragged dirty, bug infested very old cabinets that fall apart every time you open them. Kids run unsupervised at al hours of the day, someone threw up on the stairs and it was only cleaned 5 days later. I had to request them to clean the hallway after they hadn’t cleaned it for 7 weeks!!! Hickory Creek Apts. in Nashville is a fantastic place to be. I just renewed my lease today. The apartments are clean, the parking lot is spacious, and the amenities are fantastic. They have a gym, a pool, and are located in an area that is nicely placed to some of the top spots in Nashville. The staff of Hickory Creek is always there to help, always available, and are always very welcoming. As a young professional living in Nashville, I would recommend Hickory Creek as a fantastic place to put down roots and find your spot in a growing city.

I've been living at Hickory Creek for the past 6 months. The staff is helpful and quick to answer any questions and address any concerns you may have. They are also very concerned with how you're living situation is. I live in a 1 bedroom, and it's pretty affordable considering the city. It's also a fairly central location, close to multiple major roads, which is convenient. My unit was very newly renovated right before I moved in, which is a plus. There is ample room, including a kitchen with excess counter space, a large living room, balcony, bathroom, bedroom, and closet.

Hello my name is Kevin Jarrett I am 23 years young and I work full time as a head cashier at lowes. I currently moved out of my parents home to a 1 bedroom apt. Not know what I think all renters should do is check places out before you rent because the first night I moved in I noticed that I had roaches and it kept me from possibly sleeping I bought raid roach bombs and set them off but it seemed to still not have done the job. I notice my apartment didn't have a smoke detector as well as the stove did not work. I was paying 710 a month shelling out over a thousand after utilities. 1 month and a half into staying there I come home from work and find my door kicked wide open and all of my belongings including food television video games shoes and clothes all gone. I though maybe it was a sign for me to leave a weeks ago after find fleas when I didn't even own pets. I filed a police report and never heard anything after find my place completely raided. I'm currently still in my lease but at my parents house because I completely feel unsafe staying there, and I just want to have my own place and be the man I know I can buy it hard to strive to do better when life cuts your legs from under you. I know that sometimes we are all tested in life and that shows us who we are and how strong we are really capable of being. Currently staying at my parents house I have to sheep out 400$ a month although I'm still stuck in my apartments rent because they have refused to let me out of the lease even though a day after I rod then I was broken it to they stated some you makes where spotted walking out the complex with my things and no one thought to notify the police. My money is just so tied up right now that it's almost impossible for me to keep up with my credit and I'm trying to stay positive and do what I can.
