Property Ratings at Hibiscus Apartments
I lived there for 1 year because I had a contract. Management was nonexistent, maintance was no where to be found. I had to buy my own pesticides for pest control. See for yourself the parking lot is empty for a reason.
Ever since new management came in rent has been going up without reasons why. I can't even get in contact with the manager.
