Overrated
Gate hasnt worked in the year I have lived here. The vacuum at the car center does not work. The pool is closed in Phase 2. They advertise a lot of things and those things do not meet expectations.

Did not meet expectations
Office personnel are shady. Gate never worked the two years I lived here. The floor between the upstairs and downstairs are poorly insulated and footsteps can be heard. The vacuum at the car center had a nozzle TAPED to the hose. notices from the office are intimidating. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Nickname townhouse
My apt is a one bedroom and The first timed I have ever had a washer& Dryer in apts. my kitchen is nice, I actually can turn my tv and watch while I do dishes and this is awesome compared to walls. The lawn is kept so nicely. This is the nicest apt I have

Yes i say again Heron cove is the place 2 be in enterprise,al is a gated community the staff members in office are such good people they help you with getting approve quick for the apartment u want between 1br,2br,3br,or a 4br if one is open. heron cove is not just a a place 2 lay your head we also have fun out her mostly every month we have i lot of active for kids and adults like fun and games we even have movies night i can happy so i love that me and my wife n kids move out here i love it so if you looking for 2 stay n have fun living there heron cove in enterprise,al is the place to go u can take my word for it

Great place
I love where I live its a great place to rise kids. Its just like a mini gym and it have a business center where you can search for anything you want on the computer. The kids have two play area and pool area to use. The landlord are great to have and they fix their apartments if anything is broken. The inside a very large, all aplliance comes with all apartments. I love it.

Great Apartment
The rooms are very modern and kept up very well. It comes with great amenities like two pools, a gym, and 24 hour maintanince. It's a great place to live because it is close to everything and the rent is reasonable.

Heron Cove Apartments
This apartment complex is extremely clean, very safe and really affordable. It's very close to shopping, restaurants, and the hospital. We're located off a main thoroughfare, but we don't have any traffic in the complex. I live in a spacious two bedroom unit which includes washer/dryer, and all updated appliances. My private balcony is awesome and includes a storage room. I would highly recommend Heron Cove to others.
