The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Heritage Square
I've lived here for about 2 full years and we have been infested by roaches the entire time, IT DOESNT MATTER HOW CLEAN YOU ARE IF THE WHOLE COMPLEX IS INFESTED!!! we've faced issues with administration, we tried to get out earlier but cancellation fee was MORE than PAYING FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR and a little extra even, truly horrifying and I pray for anyone living here.
Gate never got fixed, the parking area is dark they never turned on the parking shed light. They can go into your apartment when ever they want. We had to change the locks while we were there and added a lock to the back sliding door. Those don't have locks.
Please listen to the low star reviews, the 5stars are from the people who work there, once you sign the lease your stuck here for the entire year. They gave me a apartment with no working electricity, stuck like that for 2 months not even able to live in my own apartment and they didn’t credit me for anything. They towed my car that was in my parking spot and it cost me over 400 to get it back. They made a deal with a towing company to make money and even if your in your own parking spot they take your car!!!!!! Please save your money and your time, stay far away from this place
I’m currently living here. Let me just say that when I moved in the apartment was so dirty, clearly they don’t clean it correctly and there was a terrible smell in our stairs. The restrooms were filthy, kitchen had a bunch of roaches. I’ve only been here for two months, thankfully I don’t have roaches anymore but I don’t even bother using the dishwasher since it had roaches when we moved it. Only one visitor allowed at a time. I’ve seen a bunch of cars get towed daily. The gate at the entrance hasn’t worked since we moved in! Pool was green dirty the month we moved in and hasn’t been open since. They don’t show you your apartment UNTIL AFTER you get your keys. They show you a model home and tell you “this is exactly what your home will look like” which is false. My apartment looks old and dirty on the inside. Yes the apartments are pretty on the outside but not worth it... They don’t really take care of the problems in the apartment, if you’re considering moving in, please ask to see the apartment you’re interested in and look for anything wrong with it and have them fix it before you sign a contract with them. We have window blinds broken, hole on the door, bad smelling stairs, but unfortunately they don’t do anything about it they just ask you to write it all down on a paper so you won’t be charged for it when you move out but you still have to live with all those ugly looking/smelling things. Stuck here for another 9 months.
The apartments are old and full of mold. The small apartments in the back are infested with German roaches. I called the cops and ambulance 6 times due to domestic abuse and animal abuse. You can only have one visit at a time. Horrible apartments, horrible management, extremely rude and inconsiderate. It’s all a show. Oh and a lot of fees, if you are planning on leaving after your lease is done and you don’t tell them 2 months in advance they will charge a month’s rent. We missed it by 5 days and they charged us 650. It’s a shame because they look really pretty from the outside.
GREAT living area. It's gated & very quite. Plus your next to everything you need on university dr. Management is great & respond to your requests on maintenance super fast. Even after hours they respond to your request within minutes. Will recommend to anyone who wants a great apt at good rates too...
Heritage Square Apartments is a decent place to live. It's a gated area and it has a pool that's open every day. Most of the tenants keep to themselves, however, there are some who are very rude and nosy. The management is awesome! The apartment manager is concerned about her tenants worries and concerns. She's very kind and available whenever you need her.
management is great; they're renovating all of the apartments. I got one of the first to be remodeled, and I love it. Management took care of maintenance issues right away. Complex is mostly quiet, and there are multiple cops living on site, so security is not an issue (they park their cop cars by their places).
This is my first apartment and was looking for something affordable but had the experience and appearance of those more luxurious apartments and that's what I got when I found my apartment. It's everything I could want and more. It's safe, secure, no noisy neighbors, and convenient shopping and food services all around. Definitely somewhere I see myself living for a little while more.
Apartments are nice, staff is friendly, pricing is okay
I lived there for one year and a half, is really a great place to live! It has a great location and the staff is very kind. I never had any kind of issues, there was always parking available, the pool, garden and all the social areas were always clean and ready to use.
