Norwood was one of the earliest suburbs to form around Cincinnati. Once a hub of industry and innovation thanks to the railroads and nearby metropolis that fed the area, Norwood is now a picturesque enclave that attracts renters of all types.
The city of Norwood has a number of historical landmarks that contribute to the overall identity of the area. The Norwood Mound is a centuries old Native American burial ground that stands as the highest point in the area. Vineyard Central is a gorgeous 114-year-old Catholic church near the downtown district that still hosts a congregation. There are other great local spots to experience the city, not just landmarks. Grab a drink at The Wood, a popular neighborhood bar, or try Bluebird Restaurant, a classic American diner.
There are plenty of parks and golf courses around Norwood if you’re looking for fresh air. Commuters will appreciate the nearby I-71 that makes a drive to Cincinnati a breeze.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Heritage Hill Apartments
This is a very nice apartment community. I have 2 bedrooms/2 full baths and plenty of closet space, all of which work well for roommate living. I have an assigned parking space, control my own central heat/air unit, and have coin-op laundry in my secure building. The neighbors/neighborhood are nice, safe and very convenient to just about anywhere in the city. Management is professional and takes good care of this property.
I hope you do not get many visitors. Assigned parking is one space only. If your tags expire on your birthday and you are in a guest spot it will not be there the next morning. The slope of the driveway makes getting out in ice difficult. Forget getting up the hill to parking area in bad weather. Cars slide backwards. The landlord is nice. His son handles a lot of the issues. If his son shows you the apartment write all issues on lease ;because the owner may mistakenly hold you accountable. It is a nice place to live. The layout of bedrooms is well planned for roommates. The only real issue was parking and getting in and out parking area in bad weather. The mistake of the condition of the apartment should have been recorded by me so I can not blame the landlord.
This apt is wonderful. I have 2 full baths and a balcony. Great closet space and a designated parking space. That was important for me. Neighbors are friendly and green space is well kept and well lighted. I'm very happy to be living here.
This is a great place to live, it's super clean, and the Landlord is amazing.. I love this place!
