Property Ratings at Heritage Estates
VERY rude. I asked a simple question and was answered as if I was asking a stupid question. I obviously have to see the unit before filling out the application.
I called because I had seen that there was a unit available, when he had answered the phone and I had asked, all I got was a "I don't have any" in a very rude manor and he was very quick to hang up the phone. Very poor customer service if I do say so my self. So even if it says there is a unit available there most likely isn't so don't waste your time trying to get in contact with them.
Been trying to call and see if they have any availability for weeks! No answer, and no replies to voicemail or emails sent. When I finally called, a guy just said "hello, if youre looking for a place, were all out" Then hung up on me. Very poor customer service, will definitely be looking some place else.
