New administration in the front office has improved a lot. My work orders are getting done as soon as available and to completion, and they are responsive and accommodating if there is anything I need or have questions of
Heritage at the Peak is a safe place to live. We are situated on a hill surrounded by hills and fully gated well lit property. Friendly neighbors in a quiet setting with lots of animal lovers. I am here 9 months. With the new management my sliding glass doors are finally fixed and I have a screen!
The complex is quiet and peaceful! We feel extra security here with the gate, the pool is amazing and well kept and overall we have really enjoyed living here.
Nice apartments to live. Well maintained and safe! Got good amenities like swimming pool, dog park, gym, etc. we got nice staff and they help with everything!!

Overall good. Great area to be in, maintenance is solid. Could use more consistency in the clubhouse though. Grounds are kept clean, and the breezeways for the most part as well.

I have requested several times that management contact/correct some residents NOT to leave their trash out from early morning, over the entire weekends, when there is no pick up. Aside from looking awful, it increases the possibility of animals rntering the area. So far there has bèen no action. I have loved living here...its been almost 9 years, but things are not as well taken care of as it used to be. On a positive note...the Maintence service is excellent.

The place is very safe The staff seems to be in transition. To get maintenance unless emergency expect 14 to 20 days.There seems to be many vacancies. Prices are reasonable.

Horrible management here. Nothing is done right. I’m still waiting for my rug to get cleaned up after water leaking through the windows. Dog poop everywhere, my fridge hasn’t been fixed yet after 6 months of telling management about the issue. Do not recommend living here. Everything in this place never works properly. Gate never works. Worse experience

Overall an great experience, just wish the trash valet service was more consistent and if the gates are inoperative for so long, to just waive that fee until it works. But staff and services are awesome!

I enjoy the space, in particular the clubhouse. Having the gym located right under my apartment makes it easy for me to stay active. If I had to drive to a gym, I’d probably go less often. I also appreciate the occasional community activities and blood donation events—they make me feel more connected and involved.

Generally it is nice here. Very safe.We are finally going to have event pool opening.which will be nice. It would be nice if they got a new table in grassy area near 401-403 buildings, as one there was destroyed by hurricane.The maintenance has been slower than usual the last few months, but they do a great job. They should not say this is gated community as the gates have been broken for 6 months .Overall all is well.
I've lived here a dozen years and STILL love it :-) It's convenient, peaceful, has big living room windows, beautiful mature trees, but most of all ... many kind hearted neighbors and staff !

I love these apartments yall do a great job keeping this place looking nice and clean. The only complaint is with thw trash service. They are constantly leaving items that are bagged up or broken down and it's kinda annoying.

So far, my experience here has been great. It’s quiet, in a fantastic location, and is well kept. We didn’t get a response on some issues at move-in which was disappointing but we also know it was due to a short staffing moment and is likely not reflective of general responsiveness. Has been good for the past year, except maintenance. Every time I ask for maintenance help, they rarely show up to help. Not very good, they need to work better in that aspect.

The community is nice and safe. The management does a good job. We do have some problems. The security gates never work for more than one day. They should either fix them or remove them. The fire pit sadly was installed after last one broke and was done cheaply and is not correct size for area that it is located in.It is in large area and where you can sit gets no heat when used on cold days or nights. We also used to have more community get together's which were fun. The community is kept clean. The staff and maintenance workers are very friendly and service and repairs are done promptly. Overall it is quiet and safe community.

Great apartment complex in between Asheville and the Weaverville/Mars Hill area. Very convenient location right off the highway, close to Merrimon Avenue, Stoney Knob Cafe and other places of interest.

The staff was very helpful during Helene. They brought supplies and water. They also were helpful letting us use pool water for toilets. Overall the Valet Living has done a much better job. Maintenance as usual is very helpful . The management has been very helpful also.

Very comfortable environment. Well located near highway. Short distances to Weaverville and Asheville. Occasional noise, but it's an apartment complex, so some noise should be expected. Staff is lovely, and maintenance men, especially Warren are excellent.

I’ve been at Heritage at the Peak for many years and I’m glad to still call it home. Recently, after Hurricane Helene, the staff was very helpful checking in with residents and providing necessary resources.
Overall this place has everything you could need and if not, it's close by. It's a neat pocket of convenience and the layout of buildings doesn't feel claustrophobic. Lots of emails that had me miss a couple important updates, but that's a personal, first world problem.

I love living here however, there are unsightly things that are embarrassing when family/friends visit. I’ve been here over a year and the same old bicycle, with its mess of a cover, still in the bike rack. The mess from birds and collection of spider webs, covers banisters, landing guards, and balcony poles. I apologize for the negativity, but these are seen everyday.

I LOVE living here ! It's a rare apartment floor plan with multiple combined living room/dining windows. And it is quiet, peaceful, close to many amenities and embedded with many beautiful trees ! And....most of all, I love the friendliness of my neighbors and the incredible big-heartedness of all the staff... It is truly a precious gift to be able to live here :-)

Everything is going well accept Valet Living is is hit and miss with pick ups of trash. Last week they just missed my apt. on Monday so i did not bother calling. Still they are not worth the cost per resident.Others were picked up. The other problem is the security gates seem to break down within a day of getting fixed. Either the security gates are never fixed properly or they are just not ever going to work correct. The management and maintenance are very good and neighborhood is looking good.
Love living here. Just minutes away from Weaverville and Downtown Asheville. Front office personnel is friendly and efficient. Maintenence staff is very efficient.
I’ve lived in this complex for many years and it’s been a great experience. The location is perfect for me, I really enjoy the amenities and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
I'm glad the community gates are now fixed and the maintenance crew is doing their best to keep up with the overall community upgrades. The back gate still cannot be open from the outside but that should be fixed soon.

Life's a journey, where you call home bases is important. Nice, tucked away community. Pool is a luxury for ultimate sun soaking. Almost everything you'd need super close by, which is necessary when you're always a day late and a dollar short
