During the first time my roommate and I moved in, we were provided with a list of stuff in the room to make sure everything was ok. We've spotted a stain on a ceiling, so we've had to put in the work order. After that, maintenance came the next day to fix the problem in the snap of a finger.

Last year I got to experience van loads coming in and using our pool. Now it’s loud parties with music so loud that you can not sit on your balcony, talk on the phone or enjoy your pool after staff has gone home.

I'm going on my second year at Henry House and I have zero complaints. Competitive rent for the area, especially for what you're getting. Any time I've had a work order it's been completed the next day. Front office staff is always friendly, helpful and actually in the office when you go in.

I have been a resident here for two years. I signed for my third year early. I decided I wanted a two bedroom when it became available instead of the one bedroom I was living in. I was disappointed to learn…You will be penalized $800.00 for moving units. Even though you will continue your residency at Henry House! After talking to the then manager and explaining my disappointment, they told me they would check into waving it for me. Especially, since I’ve been an excellent tenant!! I contacted them via email, prior to the office opening the next morning and informed them I wanted the apartment. I was afraid if I didn’t take the apartment asap…I’d lose it. They called me back after they opened to let me know they were able to waive their 800.00 I truly appreciated it very much!!! BUT… They also informed me They RAISED my rent! Bottom line. I’m appreciative they waived the 800.00!!!! Disappointed they raised my rent even though I had already signed and locked in my lease for my third year.

Overall, Henry House Apartments is a great place to stay. I've been here since 2021 and haven't had any major issues that has made me want to move. The people are friendly, and management is professional and friendly as well. The price in rent, and the amount of square footage, plus the convenience to the Clift Farm area is unmatched. I'm coming up on my 3rd renewal. This is a really quiet and safe community to say the least.

Henry House is a great place to live. It has excellent amenities! The pool area is huge with plenty of comfortable seating grills and a covered area to sit and enjoy your meals. The club has a gym, pool table, shuffleboard, and other games. I can’t say enough great things about the staff. They are always friendly and help with any needs or concerns you have..

Great place and community to live in! Great location, close to amenities and good areas of Madison/Huntsville. Very pet friendly. My family and our dogs love it here. Also, the property admin & maintenance teams are professional and courteous-Sally is exceptional! Highly recommend.

Beautiful apartments and lovely grounds. My teenagers enjoy the amenities. One thing I'm not a fan of is that the walls are really thin and you can hear your neighbors, EVEN when they flush the toilet while in your master bedroom. I also had a personal issue with the move-in promotion not being added the correct way when my family first moved in and there was no courtesy for that inconvenience being that we just moved to the state of Alabama and all of the moving costs attributed to that. But overall not a bad place to start as a newcomer to Madison

My apartment is so big and open. I love the pool and the people that work here are so nice. I've only had to have the repair guys come once but that were great came really fast and got everything taken care of even on a Sunday!

So far, so good! Overall well maintained apartment complex with friendly people. Moving in was quick and painless overall and for the amount of time I’ve been here, it’s easy to get acquainted to the community and shops surrounding this. So close to Clift Farms area with all the shopping you need, although it can be pretty busy at times.

When I was looking for apartments in madison, I saw many pricey places with nothing but location to offer. I work from home and almost never leave my surrounding area due to anxiety. This place is quiet, peaceful, and has everything I need. The gym is clean, the pool is clear, valet trash, the mail room is cared for, pet-friendly, and the gas station and grocery store are basically next door. This place is worth the price.

Loved staying here at first. Was one of the original people to move out here. But as it builds I was told parking was going to be good and now it's horrible. Was told there was noise control floor plans and now have the most hard walking upstairs neighbors. The place location is not bad. Some things are still good here. The floor plan. Pool. Gym but because of the growth of the community as a whole ad in Madison. A person knows when it's time to move on. But I am happy to say Henry's House was my first home here and it was something I liked at the time and never regret living here.

Henry House is a great place to live. The staff are very professional and nice individuals. They have great amenities and I love the layout of the apartment unit. I live on the first floor and I don’t hear my neighbors. These apartments are built very well. Very nice place to live. Highly recommend.

Please BE AWARE of this apartment complex/Greystar property management!! I don't ever write reviews but I really feel like I should warn people of the issues here. On move out charges they will try and charge you for things you didn't damage!! And ALSO for things listed on your move in inspection! They are trying to charge me for all new blinds, knowing they were in perfect condition. I have been in contact with Greystar and asked for proof of pictures of the damaged blinds from the move out inspection. Demi Browning sent me all of my pictures of the damages except there were no damaged blinds and also no pictures of the stained master tub because it was written on my move in inspection due to the workers muddy shoes. When I responded saying that the items I am disputing are not in there with damages she responded very rudely saying she doesn't have to provide me proof. But yet she just did provide me all the proof/pictures they had? She said she will not take a verbal claim but yet I'm expected to take their verbal claim?? And now I can't get a response from them after asking for management contact info. All I have to say is RUN AWAY from this apartment!! They have been extremely rude about this whole process and on top of many other issues I've had living there. I never wish for anyone else to have to go through this!!

Henry House is a beautiful community, located in a great location close to everything. The office staff is always welcoming, polite and professional. I’ve only had one maintenance issue where I needed to spot paint because I spilled something on the wall. I called the leasing office and paint was provided the next day. I really love Henry House community, it’s a really nice place to call home.

My experience at Henry House at Clift Farm has been amazing. I have lived here nearly one year and I don't have any complaints. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and extremely helpful. When I moved from here Germany they made the experience far less stressful. If you're looking for a quiet place to call home, I definitely recommend Henry House at Clift Farm.

After recently re-relocating to the Huntsville area I knew I wanted to be on the outside of Huntsville which meant Madison. This was the perfect location at the perfect time! The area is quiet with great neighbors. Move in process was the smoothest I’ve ever had! I have had little to no issues inside my apartment.

I’ve lived in a lot of apartments over the course of my life and Henry House is by far the best! All the units are very spacious and nice, the amenities are always clean and attended to, and the staff is extremely kind and helpful! I’d go as far to say this may be the best complex in Madison.

The Henry House has made my move in experience as smooth as possible as being a person moving into an apartment for the first time. They were very accommodating on the first day because they were able to adapt to an issue that was out of their control. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and welcoming.

Henry House has provided me a great experience as a first time apartment renter that is also new to the area. They are communicative, professional and welcoming. The location is around Walmart, Target, Publix, Home Depot, and a multitude of restaurants. Lastly the communities design and upkeep is clean, modern, and well done. Thanks Dustin and Amy!
