Formerly a fruitful agricultural town, Pomona is now a busy city and a college town, home to California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, Western University of Health Sciences, and Western University College of Veterinary Medicine. Pomona pays homage to its past be preserving historic buildings like the Fox Theater Pomona. The fully restored theater is surrounded by restaurants, pubs, shops, and art galleries in Downtown Pomona's Arts Colony.

Property Ratings at Helix at University Village
Did an appointment online for a 11am apartment tour, called in the day before to confirm someone would be here and the leasing employee assured me someone would. Showed up 15 min early and waited 2 hours and no one was able to help me. I drove an hour for this appointment and I'm very disappointed that their leasing office was empty. :(
