Monica our community Manager is a great Manager she is the best Manager we have had since we have been here and we have been here 5 years and also the asst manager jennifer is an amazing person as well she is great the entire team is the best we love it here please do not move any of them

This so far has been a nice experience we find it quiet here and peaceful and the bugs were a big deal for me outstanding job on keeping the bugs under control so far. The staff is outstanding helping us through all of our questions along the way.

In this gated community, the gates almost never work properly. In my three years, the gates have worked for maybe two week, not consecutive.

Please do not move here. The leasing office staff is HORRIBLE. I wouldn’t let them house a dead opossum. They are just rude and nasty and don’t expect to get the same in return. They are liars and do not care once you have signed the lease. No one in the office likes to be held accountable for their slackness. The ultimate goal is to get you to sign a lease, and that is all. Their true character appears after the least is signed. Although the neighborhood is quiet and everyone seems nice, what a place it would be with ALL new staff……All the way down to maintenance. Please don’t let the gated community fool you. They tell acquiring visitors that lightening struck it, and they are waiting for corporate to fix it. Please expect mold in the windows that they will take forever to address. I’ve seen so many spiders in my apartment, that I guess I’ll be spinning from a web next. Please do not request maintenance, they will lie that it is complete, and don’t show up. Maintenance will even cancel for no reason.

Great location close to highway/downtown. Office staff is friendly, prompt, and made up of people who understand that things aren't always going to go according to plan. They've been extremely willing to hear concerns, and do attempt to resolve issues when possible. The apartments are nice and my upgraded home is modern. Complex offers gym membership. Only negative is parking at my building gets busy in the evenings.

Staff are wonderful people. Very responsive and very helpful. They work very hard to maintain a great atmosphere despite the challenges imposed by the size of the community. My apartment needs help, and I wouldn’t/ won’t rent it again but would rule out renting a different apartment. It’s a great and diverse community to be friends art of… for the most part.

Honestly I’ve been here over 2 years. I love it. It’s quiet. It’s safe. It’s neat and tidy, maintenance are quick efficient and polite and respectful. Same can be said of the office staff. Ashton is always so courteous and respectful. Neal was great. Hated to hear he left. Samantha, the property manager, is wonderful. Professional, respectful, discreet, she blends a melody of excellent management that makes living at The Heights at Lake Murray stress-free. Centrally located in the Harbison Community, there are many banks, restaurants and a shopping mall less than a mile away. Come on by and stay awhile.
I lived here for 2 years and unfortunately had to move out but if I ever move back to this area I would move back! I highly recommend.

Great experience so far! We have lived her almost 2 years and love this area. It is close to the mall, downtown and plenty of restaurants. We love how pet friendly it is and we enjoy their resident events and pool during the summer months. Maintenance comes quick and we've only had work orders for light bulbs and our washer. Both were fixed the next day. The office members are very responsive which is so important to us.

A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. A beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails nearby.
These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.
