We've been living at Heather Ridge for four months. The staff is very friendly and responds when we need it. The units are generally quiet (good soundproofing and thermal isolation). The lawn is well maintained and the apartment generally works well. The Grocery Store is close by.

This was my very first apartment by myself, and I'm honestly really happy with my experience. Communication with the office is great and maintenance is always quick to respond. The location is PHENOMENAL because everything is within walking distance. The mall, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Walmart, and an abundance of food places are literally 10 minute walks from here.

Heather Ridge is a great community to live in! The apartments are affordable and comfortable, maintenance is super quick and effective, there are great amenities including a swimming pool, and fabulous community events hosted monthly by the management staff! Highly recommended!

Great location, central to everything you could need. The staff is courteous and very helpful should any problem arise. Quiet, family atmosphere. Amenities are nice and the grounds are well kept. Overall a quiet safe space to call home.

Pretty cozy units, clean when I moved in, normally quiet even when you're by the main road, nice grassy areas for pets, and the employees in the office are nice. The only complaint I have is the maintenance. It took 7 maintenance requests to get my HVAC working consistently, because for the first five they were all band-aid fixes. If you can be a squeaky wheel and you want somewhere small to live, this is a good option.

I've lived in many apartments, and has been my favorite! The property managers are very kind and receptive to any problem. Maintenance is quick to respond to any needs. The property is well maintained and close to all essential stores. It's been very easy to make this place feel like home!

I really appreciate the new management. They have made a lot of improvements over the last few months and really seem to care about their tenants. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and they respond to work orders quickly and professionally! Love all of the updates they've been doing to the property! I just only wish there were more washers available in the lower courtyard facility.

The staff at Heather Ridge is incredible! They truly care about each tenant and go above and beyond. When I first looked at the apartments, I was hesitant based on the outside and things looking a little run down, but after seeing the inside of the apartment with the granite countertops and the constant improvements the management is doing, I have no doubt that they are one of the best in town. I lived at Broadway Village previously and I cannot say enough great things about the management! I am going to miss them all very much!

I lived here for two months.... and had to leave there was paint chipping off of the walls around the bathroom sink and a ground fault problem in the bathroom, as soon as you plugged something in the outlet the vanity light went off. They made me sign a LEAD paint disclosure so the chipping paint was lead contaminated. As well as the DARK DISCOLORATION which can only be explained as MOLD around the bathroom sink under the paint that had peeled off. The Stairs to the unit were all unstable and had bird feces all over them. The courtyard turned to a mud put with the smallest amount of rain. TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. I would rather live in hole. Maybe the hole would be mold and lead free.

Size is livable for 2 people comfortably. Love having a courtyard facing balcony. Nice storage considering apartment size. Maintenance staff is AMAZING and fast! Great location. Negatives: Cheap carpet, run down exterior, Tiny bathroom sink, wish the fenced dog section was larger.
