Heather Ridge is a nice community overall. The community is extremely quiet and people are friendly. The maintenance team goes over and beyond to address concerns. The updated kitchen appliances are a nice touch.

I just signed my ninth lease agreement with Heather Ridge. I love the location. The community is very quiet. The grounds are well kept. I love the management team the Maintenance team the residents. Here are basically quiet. They stick to themselves they speak and keep it moving.

We have enjoyed our time here at Heather Ridge very much. We would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment.

Overall, Heather Ridge is a great place to live. The grounds are absolutely beautiful! Maintenance is always “Johnny on the spot.” It is very quiet here, which we love! We don’t smell weed or even hear our neighbors. Our unit is nice and to our taste and the rent amount is not bad considering. The only con is the concierge trash. It should not be mandatory. We can walk our own trash to the can, but i will say, trash doesn’t pile up here. Again, overall nice place to live.

I’ve lived here for about 3 years now. The property is consistently renovated and adding awesome amenities that honestly makes this complex one to beat for renters- and for one of the most reasonably prices in this economy lol. A really fun and interactive dog park, outdoor grills/patios, fitness center, heated pool, fire pit— not sure if anything could be missing lol. Maintenance is very quick to respond and fix any issues and the area is super convenient as well, surrounded by shopping centers and a short distance from 2 major highways. I’m honestly looking to transfer to one of the recently updated units as those are even better than before! The assigned parking is set up kind of weird and I do wish that it was updated — my port is a pretty far distances from my actual unit. Also, the lower units are more prone to [small] insects, but the property is also surrounded by wooded areas so it makes sense. Nothing that can’t be managed with proper pest control, and again they are tiny and few in between. It is pretty quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. Overall, this community is fantastic if you’re looking to rent. I’ve looked into other properties, but this one ticks all of my boxes.

This is lovely place to live, well kept grounds, the dog park and picnic area is really nice, and the neighbors are very nice.

The leasing and maintenance teams are professional and maintain a quiet and well-kept apartment community.

Overall, the staff has been courteous and customer service driven. I’ve only been here a week and a lot of noise issues with the neighbor above me. Very unsettled experience. Attempting to make this place home, but it’s hard. Truly, not what I expected. I’m hoping for a solution to this problem, this week. I hope this helps!

Our first two weeks have been great. The minimal maintenance issues we’ve had were addressed immediately. The staff here is awesome and very kind. So far so good. The property is well maintained and beautiful. Not too thrilled with the valet trash set up payment though. It’s $25 that can go towards something else more important that us taking our own trash to the bin. Management may want to rethink that. Overall we like living here.

I like living here. Friendly staff. I live alone and feel safe here. Quiet at night.

The community is a really great place to live; it is very diverse, and the amenities around it are a place. The downside is the corporation has to be aligned within what the resident needs are, not the other way around. Management staff in the office is wonderful with exception of a few need to work on customer service skills. The maintenance team the new staff is awesome. Thank you!

One of the issues is that we have to pay for valet trash that we don’t use,, we have way too many tree behind our complex, the rent is too high for these apartments that are not up to par, it looks like the projects in the hood for the units that’s in the back of the complex, Greystar seem to only care about the units in the front of the complex. the countertops are peeling day by day. Maintenance does not seem to know how to complete the job properly.. the only great thing about the apartments are the two office managers, honestly if the two ladies wasn’t polite and helpful I probably would not had renewed my lease. But I’m not sure that that would be enough for next time and the other thing is we now have this jailhouse looking fence up in the middle of the complex, making it look even worse that’s supposed to be for dogs, but no one uses it, everyone still walk their dogs only.

I love living here. It's quiet & neighborly. I love the upkeep of the community. I feel good about coming home. I like a staff team that is eager to do their job. And that's what the staff here does, a thorough job.

I appreciate the professional onsite Staff with their clear communication & the kindness they give. I like that the staff & maintenance take pride in doing their job which makes for a nice living experience in this community.

I have been here over twenty years. It is safe and quiet. Schools are excellent. Stores close by- even a vegetable market and good pizza around the corner. I see deer sometimes when I wash my dishes. There are two beautiful swans in the pond now.

Heather ridge is the perfect place to live if you live alone and want a nice, peaceful environment. The location is super convenient, close to many stores and restaurants.

Heather Ridge is a great place to live. It doesn't feel like an apartment, it feels like you are at home on a house!

I like living here. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. When you report an issue, they show up in a prompt time and solve the issue. Will be signing up for another year.

The apartment is nice, however, you should definitely make sure that it is completely clean before moving in. If you can, you should also make sure you can see the apartment before signing the lease. the worse thing about the way the apartment is made it that most of the units have a lot of trees living behind the units and it blocks a lot of sunshine into you home and it is bad because your living room and master bedroom is in the back of the home, so you would have to have your lights on pretty all day in order to have light in the back or your home, but if you like dark home and no day light, I guess it would be perfect for you. I love the single entry that is a plus and overall it is a good home, it’s just dirty before u move in and some things may not be repairs/replaced as should before you move in, so just keep and eye out for that,, that fact that I really didn’t start living in the home until about two weeks after signing the lease did not help for me, I came by from time to time and I completed the check list in time but still no updates on when things would be repaired

Nice quiet community. Close to shopping. Lots of restaurants in the area. Not far from I-275 & I-96.

For the most part my overall experience with living at Heather Ridge for the past 4 1/2 years has been very favorable. My one complaint of late has been overgrown hedges outside of my entry door that take overly long to get trimmed. Otherwise most maintenance issues are resolved in a timely, efficient manner.

I love my Heather Ridge Apartments and I feel very safe living here. For the most part everyone here is very friendly they speak and keep it moving.

I am very happy with the apartment. I moved here after 20 years in Fl. I was impressed with the promp removal of snow on roads and sidewalk.

I've enjoyed my stay here the past 4 years. The grounds are well maintained year round with timely grass cutting and snow removal. The maintenance staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff are always friendly , polite and helpful. I look forward to my continued residence here.

Heather Ridge is a great place to live. I feel like I'm living in a luxury house as opposed to an apartment. The front office staff are very nice and conduct themselves in a very professional manner. I highly recommend Heather Ridge as place to live short term or long term.

Heather Ridge is a safe and friendly community. I have lived here a year and I am routinely impressed with the courtesy, productivity, and generosity of the staff.

I like the convenience of shopping and restaurants in the area. I like they're located close to freeways. I like the layout of the apartments inside and out. I haven't tried the exercise room yet and I can't wait to try out the pool come summertime. It has been pretty quiet which is great. But it is cold out. Check back in the heat of the summer to see if this place is an ideal place to live.

So far, my neighbors are quiet. Theres no weed or smoke odor. The apartment has a nice layout. It would be nice to have full size washer and dryer units.

I have lived here for almost a year. The staff are outstanding Davida & Trinity). I had an issue with my drain running slowly and the maintenance man had this taken care of in a timely manner. The apartment is beautiful. The environment is georgous and it is a very peaceful place to live. I would highly recommend this place !

I am very please and satisfied on my place. Management was very professional and explain every detail. I love the community and the appearance is what I am looking for. I love the apartment updates. However, I think for us to have a lower back patio it can use some grass, and look a little better for us to sit out and enjoy by the wooded area. Thank you!
