Avg rating. It would have been 5 stars, as the grounds and pools are kept up, and management is very responsive (5 Stars). Also, I read the other reviews, and things must have improved because management are very helpful when repairs are needed, and THERE IS NOT any dog waste on grounds. I walk around and I haven't ever seen any for a couple of months now. HOWEVER, they require you to use Broad Star internet and cable TV, which is basically Dish TV and the internet speed is slow and Dish TV is fighting with Channel 5 - so you don't get ABC (1 Star)

Great location but terrible administration. They were disrespectful all the times I showed up at the office. Many people are leaving this condo because of this. I was charged 6 months for a parking spot that I didn’t even use. This is a pet friendly condo so expect to see dog waste everywhere!

First time in Texas moved here for my husbands job and honestly this has been the best decision we've made so far. Our kids absolutely LOVE the amenities. They have two gorgeous pools, a state of the art fitness center, kids playground, BBQ areas. They have community events like holiday parties, pool parties and movie nights. It is great for families! ALSO a plus are the staff, they really are friendly make you feel like family and it felt good since we didn't know anyone here. Jackie the leasing goes above and beyond for the residents and the asst and manager are wonderful any issue the fix quickly. OH and can't forget that maintenance is on call 24hrs!!!

Pros: Two swimming pools; a renovated gym (with not many equipments, heard of some new things will come in); with entrance gates; staff work on Saturday; newly painted walls on all buildings; roofed parking spots with fee; close to walmart, samsclub, costco, and many other shops; close to TruFit and GoldsGym. Cons: 1) Not sure about other buildings but the three bedroom buildings had endless ant issue - do not put any snacks or food stock outside the fridge unsealed, or they will definitely belong to the ants. Buying one more small fridge and spraying pest killer all over the cabinets are good idea - the hired pest control didn't seem to work; 2) Old designs in apartments (eg. small bedrooms, small closets, space wasting LARGE doors and many doors, very few and small storage cabinets in kitchen) and old fixtures (old style toilet requiring two flushings, small sinks easy to spill around, old faucets, small water pipes - if your washing machine is using warm water your shower water will be cold, so don't do these things at the same time); 3) Drive ways are narrow - please be careful. I would give 2.5 - 3 stars to this apartment community.

Location is great, near expressway, hospitals, restaurants, gas stations, shopping centers, and nursing college. Property has 2 pools, a play place (if you have kids), fitness center and clubhouse for parties (both currently being remodeled), picnic areas with bbq pits and gates around property for privacy with codes to enter and exit. Maintenance will fix any problems quickly as long as you report it. Staff is helpful and pleasant, never had any issues (have lived here for 2 1/2 years). Apartment itself is nice and cozy. Most neighbors are in the medical profession and are very nice and courteous.

The staff was very helpful as I had special needs moving in. The deposit was amazingly reasonable. It's a true gated community, need code to get in and out. Two pools, pet friendly. The down side is the small community gym is not maintained well.

This apartment are average But the staff are so rude The office manager and her assistant are rude! When you go to see the Apartament for the first time they are nice, but a soon as you move in, they turn rude! Believe me there are so rude!!!

Don't live on this apts they're super old and everything is rusted and staff office not friendly at all

The front office is really friendly until you sign your contract. After that, about the technical and insect problem they never helped during my 2 year experience. I had a bad experience, I just want to let people know about it and I hardly recommend to not pay that much money with bad washer, dryer, dishwasher and you guys can find better opportunuties in that area for better price.
