Property Ratings at Haywood Village
The apartments are really nice (very tall ceilings), the location is amazing, leasing staff are friendly and communicative. We haven't had to put in a work order yet but it's been communicated that maintenance is short staffed which is better than putting in a work order, not hearing from maintenance for months, and THEN finding out they're short staffed. Even though there isn't a pool or gym at this site, you can use the pool, gym, and clubhouse at one of their sister properties that's only 10-15 min away.
