Property Ratings at Haynes Run
The upstairs neighbors sound like a herd of elephants, the floor creaks so loudly it's nearly impossible to concentrate or tune it out. I have only slept here a few nights. I've already seen a roach in the kitchen and this was after a thorough cleaning upon moving in. I will definitely not renew.

If you have any other Option besides this place do it! The amount of mold and water damage in the buildings makes me surprised how these buildings are even livable. There’s never any parking even Though you are guaranteed two spaces in your lease. Maintenance isn’t allowed to correctly fix problems in the apartment without being threatened to be fired. My front door doesn’t even close right the back door doesn’t even close correctly at any point someone can break into my place and management does not care. They are in no way handicap accessible. Be careful if you are looking into this place.
The only good thing about this complex is the apartment space. Do not move here. maintenance is slow and always report having an emergency coming up after giving you a time frame to come and complete repairs. They do not actually fix things, they do patch work. squirrels in the walls which they can’t seem to get under control and the front office isn’t any more of a help either. Residents walk their dogs and do not pick up after them. Windows and patio door let a lot of cold air in during the winter due to poor insulation. Not worth reporting because they do not fix things. Can’t wait until lease is up

We applied for an apartment on 03/01/21. Next morning (03/02/21), received an answer saying our request was denied. It's been 11 days since that answer and we haven't got our refund for the $250 they charge you to "hold" the apartment while "they evaluate you". We called and e-mail and text the management and no one gives us an answer. Apply here only if you want to loose some money ASAP. Hannia and Luigi Iommelli.

As mentioned on our follow up response, you reached out via email, phone, text and reviews while we were out of the office and we apologize for the delay in response. We contacted you upon our return and reviewed the account. On March 02, 2021 the screening results were reviewed and the account updated accordingly. The banking transaction was processed with your financial institution for the holding fee return. We have supplied the confirmation account records as well. we moved here 10 months ago and our experience is good. have a playground and a bark park is really nice, the safety of the neighborhood and the school disctrict are unbeatable. the leasing office people are nice and ready to answer our questions and maintenance issues. utilities included and washer & Dryer in every unit is a plus.
