Hayden Park Apts is a quiet complex that is kept clean and neat. Tenants keep their business to themselves. Dogs are on leashes and owners clean up behind them. I like that the covered parking is assigned to each tenant. Good maintenance staff.

Hayden Park is one of the best kept secrets in South Scottsdale. It's quiet, clean and accommodating. The units are practical with raised ceilings, hardwood floors and a fireplace! My unit has a lovely private patio overlooking some well-landscaped backyards of a quiet culdesac. 2 pools, nice lighting, and friendly staff!

I cant stay in my unit because its too hot, by law I probably should have been offered a hotel since I cant stay in the place I pay for. theres been no follow up calls, I was promised an AC at 8:45AM and did not get it until after 12pm because office management held a meeting (knowing I was hot without air). I asked about reimbursement since we have been wasting energy keeping the central air unit blowing hot air all day and night - the office told me thats between me and SRP. So far, its a joke.

Love the amenities at Hayden Park, especially the pool and gym. The layout of the unit is perfect. Staff is responsive, helpful, and respectful. Overall getting a great deal in regards to location. Couldnt have asked for anything better.

Just moved in to Hayden Park. Very happy to have made this choice. Beautiful, clean property with a calm and laid back atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff! Great choice!
Like the layout and location of the apt however our AC unit was not working from day one during moving in the middle of July.
Always friendly, helpful and have genuine care for your comfort and satisfaction.
I have been exceptionally pleased with the maintenance staff at Hayden Park Apartments. Steve has has always done an exceptional job. The have worked with me for everything I needed. I couldn't ask for a better place to live. A nice friendly community really feels like home!

So I've been living in this apartment complex for a while now and figured it would be time to give a review. The management and staff are excellent. Also, the facilities are very nice including the pool, gym, etc. The few faults that I have experienced are people leaving trash around the apartment complex, or homeless people sleeping in the grass or digging through the dumpster. I've also noticed that certain parking spots that can be used by residents have cars parked in them with flat tires or that can't run. It would be nice to get these cars towed away or moved somewhere else so the community could use these spots. For what the rent costs you would think these issues would be properly resolved. I will update this review if anything changes.

I have been very pleased with my stay at Hayden Park Apt Homes and will continue to remain here. The leasing staff and maintenance crew are great.
I loved living at this apartment complex! The managers were always helpful and answered my questions as promptly as possible. It is located in a great area within walking distance of EVERYTHING including the best gym ever, Independence Gym. The newly renovated apartments are incredibly nice and the facilities are always kept clean.
Every year when I sign my lease, the rent increases significantly. This year, base rent went up $60 per month! I was told this is due to the new housing development in the area increasing property value, but absolutely 0% development or improvements have been made to this complex. It's a rip-off. Now I can't even save up to move. With rent topping off close to $1100 per month, you can afford to live somewhere MUCH nicer.
I love living at Hayden Park! The staff is amazing and go above and beyond for anything you need. The maintenance team always does a great job with a quick turnaround. It's a quiet community with great neighbors and there's always parking. Hayden Park is close to everything you need - groceries, gas, restaurants, etc and is located right between Old Town and Tempe so it's easy to get wherever you need to go. I would highly recommend renting an apartment home here!
