Really love the 2 bedroom casita. Love the fireplace and even though I haven't used it yet, nice to have heated pool.

Friendly atmosphere and great accessible places in the area for shopping and dining out.

Problems or issues are addressed immediately at Hayden Park. I have lived here more than 6 years and any maintenance request I submit has always been executed professionally the same day!

Hayden Park Apts is a quiet complex that is kept clean and neat. Tenants keep their business to themselves. Dogs are on leashes and owners clean up behind them. I like that the covered parking is assigned to each tenant. Good maintenance staff.

Great management, great grounds upkeep, quiet yet active community with lots of privacy if that is what you are seeking.

Hayden Park is one of the best kept secrets in South Scottsdale. It's quiet, clean and accommodating. The units are practical with raised ceilings, hardwood floors and a fireplace! My unit has a lovely private patio overlooking some well-landscaped backyards of a quiet culdesac. 2 pools, nice lighting, and friendly staff!

Hayden Park has been a great place to stay especially during this epidemic. The property is so clean, staff always have mask on. I feel safe here.

Hayden Park has been a great place to live, convenient to old town. Management is amazing, when something happens they reach out right away and really go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of. 10/10 would recommend.

I cant stay in my unit because its too hot, by law I probably should have been offered a hotel since I cant stay in the place I pay for. theres been no follow up calls, I was promised an AC at 8:45AM and did not get it until after 12pm because office management held a meeting (knowing I was hot without air). I asked about reimbursement since we have been wasting energy keeping the central air unit blowing hot air all day and night - the office told me thats between me and SRP. So far, its a joke.

I used to love being a resident here and how we were made to feel we mattered. That is no longer the case

It is more than an apt. It is my home.

Community is quiet well taken care of and issues are handled promptly.

Love the complex and the office staff and maintenance are friendly and professuonal

Like the layout and location of the apt however our AC unit was not working from day one during moving in the middle of July.

Always friendly, helpful and have genuine care for your comfort and satisfaction.

I have been exceptionally pleased with the maintenance staff at Hayden Park Apartments. Steve has has always done an exceptional job. The have worked with me for everything I needed. I couldn't ask for a better place to live. A nice friendly community really feels like home!

So I've been living in this apartment complex for a while now and figured it would be time to give a review. The management and staff are excellent. Also, the facilities are very nice including the pool, gym, etc. The few faults that I have experienced are people leaving trash around the apartment complex, or homeless people sleeping in the grass or digging through the dumpster. I've also noticed that certain parking spots that can be used by residents have cars parked in them with flat tires or that can't run. It would be nice to get these cars towed away or moved somewhere else so the community could use these spots. For what the rent costs you would think these issues would be properly resolved. I will update this review if anything changes.

I have been very pleased with my stay at Hayden Park Apt Homes and will continue to remain here. The leasing staff and maintenance crew are great.

I loved living at this apartment complex! The managers were always helpful and answered my questions as promptly as possible. It is located in a great area within walking distance of EVERYTHING including the best gym ever, Independence Gym. The newly renovated apartments are incredibly nice and the facilities are always kept clean.

Every year when I sign my lease, the rent increases significantly. This year, base rent went up $60 per month! I was told this is due to the new housing development in the area increasing property value, but absolutely 0% development or improvements have been made to this complex. It's a rip-off. Now I can't even save up to move. With rent topping off close to $1100 per month, you can afford to live somewhere MUCH nicer.

I love living at Hayden Park! The staff is amazing and go above and beyond for anything you need. The maintenance team always does a great job with a quick turnaround. It's a quiet community with great neighbors and there's always parking. Hayden Park is close to everything you need - groceries, gas, restaurants, etc and is located right between Old Town and Tempe so it's easy to get wherever you need to go. I would highly recommend renting an apartment home here!

We moved into Hayden Park apartments 4 years ago. It looks gorgeous from the outside. It's in a very safe neighborhood and close to Old Town Scottsdale and is easy to get to the 101 and the 202. However, the management of this property is DEFINITELY sub-par. We were bait & switched the apartment we signed to rent, when they stated it wasn't ready yet and they moved us to a unit we had not seen. They carpet was NOT new and already stained in all the walkways. When we have a maintenance issue, we are treated like a burden for their poor repairs. We have had ceiling leaks in our master bedroom at least 3 times and they have never repaired that issue from inside our apartment, only patching the outside. When something is broken, like our front step at our door, instead of replacing it, they tried to screw the broken board back together, leaving long pointed screw ends poking out of the board where someone can step on it and cut themselves. We frequently get notes from the management stating that the monthly rent bill is not correct for any residents on our monthly statements so we are required to make additional payments without seeing the invoice to explain the extra expenses, sometimes not even the amount and we're asked to calculate it ourselves. The management often hides in their offices when they see residents coming into the leasing office for help. The maintenance crew has changed many times since we moved here 4 years ago, which leaves us not knowing who will be entering our property. When our air conditioner broke in the middle of July in Arizona, they spent 5 days trying to patch repair the OBVIOUSLY broken AC unit and in the process, we both got very heat-sick, they ruined the carpet in the hallway with oil and residue, and flooded the carpet in our master bedroom from a sub-par portable AC unit that they only gave us on the 4th night of no AC. When we asked to speak to the leasing manager's supervisor about the issues with the broken AC, he refused to release that information, even though according to our renters rights in the state of AZ, we are allowed to request that information and he is required to give us that contact. They do not treat us with respect at all and every year the rent goes up instead of remaining stable for long-term residents. As much as it pains us to uproot from a VERY desirable location, we have to move due to the EXTREMELY POOR maintenance jobs and the VERY INEFFECTUAL management.

This is an excellent and well maintained apartment complex within walking distance from many amenities. Very clean and cozy.
