The office staff is generally friendly. I just Wish a lot of issues would be taken more seriously from the property owners so that the units wouldn’t be so outdated.

I Love it here for all these years they always get to me in a timely manner and I always appreciate them I like to text in my order bc on weekends I don’t like calling the office bc the team give me a hard time so I always text in my order and ask please to put in my work order for me n I get it done which I appreciate the team during the week But my staying her is comfortable

Hawthorne Groves is a beautiful community. It's quiet except for being near a highway, which at least makes commuting so much easier. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful apartments and area. Conveniently near the highway, which means the road is loud but commutes are easy. Have had some issues with maintenance but overall satisfied with the staff here.

I lived here for one year and moved away. After leaving for one year I decided to come back to Hawthorne Groves. The community is well maintained, quite, easy access to 408 and everything is close to me.

For many years, Hawthorne Groves was an amazing place to live, beautiful location, grounds, great maintenance service, and peaceful. However, it is no longer peaceful or that great. Clearly, Hawthorne Groves cares more about rental than anyone's peace. Their effort to correct problems with unruly neighbors makes things worse every time. There have been abandoned cars in front of my building for a year; one has two or three stickers, but no action has been taken; one was removed recently. I am guessing it would have been towed after a week in front of the office. Hawthorne Groves was an ideal place to call home for a time; now, for the price, I think I can do better.

Loved the complex until we had flooding in our spare bedroom from a hurricane. Mold started growing on the window and carpet and the whole apartment smelled awful to the point we had to stay in a hotel for a few nights. After maintenance “cleaned” the carpet, it just smelled strongly of orange scented cleaner. They told us to keep the window open, but the storm knocked off our screen and they told us we had to wait 2 weeks for a screen replacement. We requested a carpet replacement and all requests have been ignored. It has been over 2 months and the property manager refuses to contact me. I’ve tried to contact via email and phone close to 20 times, and each time I get a different story and no one seems to know what I’m talking about.

I love coming home to my spacious apartment. I have wonderful, thoughtful neighbors. Staff always keeps the surroundings impeccably clean. Maintenance is always prompt and thorough. Office staff is always so helpful willing to please. I like being in this area so close to 408, easy on easy off makes my daily commute so easy. I love being at Hawthorne Groves.

Lovely location in a quiet area. Stores like Walmart and Lowe's being close by is pretty awesome :) Really happy they accepted my dog for the type of breed she is (Siberian Husky).

The complex itself is ok, quiet and decent. There is a vital need for proficient/skilled maintenance members. They often are unable to repair things or adequately repair.

The complex has been through some changes in the last few years, however I can see that Management is truly making an effort to keep the residents happy and the complex a pleasure to live at. They do their best. The residence also have to play our part in keeping the environment clean.

Hawthorne Groves is a well maintained community in a great location . Close to everything you need and is just a skip off the highways . With gated access , community pool , fitness center, spacious floor plans , garages, and move-in specials its a deal too good to pass up !

This is my 4 year at the complex and Ive had issues from move in. I was hopeful and worked with the management team, as responses were quick and most issues were addressed. Its really been going down hill since. The maintenance team changes often and appear to be less skilled with each new team. On occasions, they have come and informed me they dont even know how to repair the issue. Ironically, I just signed a new lease, so Im stuck here for another year. I hate to move, but shouldnt have make my own work around a with refrigerator and stove that dont work properly for 12 months.

Hawthorne Groves is a great community.. I like the privacy of the two story complexes. I enjoy my walks through the grounds. There are always plan activities for the residents to become involved in. We are in a central location to shop for groceries, medicine, home and gardening improvements and fast foods etc.such a variety of places to visit.

The community is beautiful and quiet. The apartments layout is perfect for what we need. The leasing office was wonderful working with us and any time we need something, they are quick to get back to us!

Juan took care of our maintenance call fast and walked us through what he was doing each step. We are happy to see maintenance take the proper measures to keep everyone safe. He wore a mask and kept a good distance.

Hawthorne Groves is a wonderful community. I love the privacy of my apartment along with the floor model. The grounds is a wonderful place to go walking. I've meet friendly neighbors to welcome you. The staff welcomes new resident's a gift bag. The staff offers other wonderful events to keep their resixents connected and informed. Just think of it as a non refundable payment, because they will come up with a way to keep it, or just don’t waist your time deep cleaning when you leave. Immaculate floors when We left and somehow they managed to come up with 195$ worth of cleaning on them. (For two rooms). Asked repeatedly for photo proof, but nothing was provided. Felt like I was stolen from.

The community has well maintained buildings and apartments. The apartment configuration creates good space in all areas and rooms. The appliances are new and/or in excellent conditions. The maintenance crew respond fast, very professional and fix the issues in one day. The location is excellent and close to any point in Orlando and other areas. I definitely recommend Hawthorne Groves to anyone who needs an apartment.
