Living here now for 2 weeks I can say it has been quiet, peaceful and the neighbors are very friendly and inviting. I have had no issues with office or maintenance. Beautiful property and upkeep is amazing. So glad I made the decision to move here!!
Responsiveness of office has improved greatly. Work orders have been worked on in less time. Grounds are kept very clean. Happy a new fence is going up to hide the trash area. Unfortunately residents don't keep it clean, which is no fault of the leasing staff.

Apartment complex has been on a complete downhill. No one cleans up after their dog. The dog parks and grounds lack maintenance. Viscous dogs on property with no reprimand. Property value has went down immensely.

The property is not maintained. There is constantly garbage around the property and overflowing the compactor, vehicles that are broken in the parking lot for a year, and amenities that haven't worked in more than 2 years.
We love the community! Everyone is very friendly and we are very comfortable being here. Our apartment is spacious and cozy. We are super happy to be here!

Jacob at least thing was absolutely amazing ! From start to finish he was super helpful. I did have some maintenance concerns that have yet to be resolved and that is concerning. There’s not any ramps for handicap getting onto the curb that should be in place. Otherwise so far everything has been good

The property is dog friendly, which is really nice. However the property is not maintained, specifically in regards to garbage. The BBQs and fire pit have not worked for over 2 years.

Going on 5 years here & love my apartment. Good amenities, favorable neighbors & excellent maintenance team. The annual rent increase though......tough to feel pinned down with no choice but ever increasing rent.

Maintenance issues are awful. It generally takes 2 or 3 requests to get something fixed. They do not keep dog poop bags filled or the trash dispensers for dog poop bags emptied and they overflow and are disgusting. Fairly regularly the trash dumpster area is so full of trash that won't fit in the dumpster it overflows on to the sidewalk. Then trash blows cross parking lots and onto backyards where it sits. You just feel like you're walking around a bunch of trash in this apartment.

The grounds in Phase 2 are a mess. There is garbage everywhere, as well as traffic comes and shopping carts. I sent in a request and was told it was complete, which is a complete lie.

It’s a good apartment complex but maybe a bit more tentative maintenance. It takes a while to get something fixed. Better rules for pet owners and maybe a few more lights. Gets very dark. All in all still a good place to live.

The management on property is terrible. There is no communication from the manager and the staff turn over is a few months. There are ladders and siding that have been laying around for 2 years. The BBQs and firepit have also not worked for 2 years.

When I first moved in landscaping was beautiful. It is but at 4 First Street the rear of buildings grass not repaired, used to have flowers around all entrances etc. Even found flower pots at pool with just weeds growing. No working grills or fire pits at 205 highland or 4 first street! Maintenance is still on top of needs!

I feel safe living here and it’s nice to have snow removal during the winter if necessary. It would be nice if there were more maintenance attention paid to the lower level apartments. The grass and ground was very torn up by construction. The fences on the back of the first street apartments have a lot of space beneath them making it easy for larger animals to get onto the property. In addition, I cannot use my air conditioning without resetting the breakers multiple times. There also doesn’t seem to be a lot of intention with fixing certain issues. The construction done recently made it much more difficult to reach certain spots on your porch without a high ladder. There are also still a lot of nails and screws and construction debris in and around the ground near the apartments. Considering what we pay to live here, it seems like these would be issues more quickly taken care of. Especially considering the amount of animals and children running around the place.

Upkeep of the property is terrible. Replacing the siding took 2 summers, it still hasn't been cleaned up. The BBQs in phase 2 have not worked on 2 years. There is constantly garbage that is left around, and 3 vehicles with flat tires have been in the parking lot for several months.

It had been a long time since I had rented so when I sold my house I had 2 change my perspective on my needs. I'm what I call semi-disabled and I knew three things 1)Peace 2) Pet Friendly 3) Reasonable rent! I found all three and more since I've moved in and have met many people and made many friends since moving here. The Maintenance team led by Michele (sp) are very attentive and polite! The office management staff are very attentive, friendly, and professional! James has assembled a great team around him and they all deserve all the credit! Ps Almost forgot the morning ritual to have a person walk the entire footprint to pick up little bits of trash. Pss almost forgot to mention they have been upgrading all the units as well. I'd recommend anyone to live here as you also get all the amenities that you'd get in a condo association!

Good place to live…very safe, usually quiet. There’s a pool, two dog parks, a fire pit and a gym. Not bad for highland ave. Good parking, close to market basket plaza.

Staff is amazing! Clean and quiet complex. Trash and recycling are easily located. Parking is always available for myself and guests. I really enjoy it here.

Great, neighbors are very respectful and quiet. Which a lot of people may not like but definitely enjoy the peace. I love that the sunset sets right in front of my apartment so I get the beautiful sun every afternoon in my living room
I love that it allows dogs of all sizes and inside my apartment is nice. But the property as a whole is not worth the price and is definitely not luxury. The grounds are not maintained; a construction project that took 2 years has resulted in equipment and damaged property (fences and torn up grounds). The dog park and BBQ area in phase 2 is a mess. The BBQ and fire pit have not worked in over 2 years because the propane company hasn't been replaced. The garbage compactor area is disgusting.
I've only moved in a day ago and the staff in the management office are fabulous to work with and accommodate your request as best as possible. Im really liking how quiet the neighbourhood is as I was recently living downtown and every night was unpredictable and loud. I cant wait for warmer weather so I can try the pool out. Hope you enjoy your experience too.
